Review I first heard about Jenny though a friend. This friend of mine had her home on the market for years with no interest. Jenny went to her house and staged the whole thing...it looked SO good when she was done and the home ended up selling during their 6 month contract. So when it came time for us to sell our house I knew I at least wanted to meet Jenny. In summary, Jenny was great to work with. She is never pushy but straightforward. She had a professional photographer come to our home so our online photos looked top notch. She helped me to decide what needed to stay and go in the house without making things stressful. When we first listed the house she had an open house and we had one other one planned. She was very communicative and very considerate of our familys schedule. For example, we did not want to show our home on sundays because that is a family/church day for us. She never pressured us to do a showing that day, which was SO nice. We also asked for 24 hours notice which worked out well for us, occasionally she would call to see if someone could come by with less notice but it was always no pressure if we could not do it. We had a baby born during the sale of our home and she was so sweet and got us a baby gift. Jenny is a very thoughtful and kind person AND also a very good realtor. She helped us to get top dollar for our property and helped us to negotiate and walk away from some low offers. When it came time to sell our home Jenny had suggestions on a Handy man to use, a window and glass guy, and ac person etc etc. she made it really easy. If we ever needed to hire another realtor I would definitely be using Jenny.

Review Contacted Jenny as first time sellers - she responded quickly saying she would be out of town and shed contact me in a couple of days when she got back. In that same response she also asked me for my address so she could get familiar with the area in the meantime. I replied back with my address and I never heard back from her. Ive tried to touch base with her without response. She could have given me the courtesy of letting me know she just wasnt interested. I found another realtor from a different company who was able to come out to my house the very next day. Communication is key, Jenny.
