Review There were lots of complications and moving parts regarding the sale of our house. Jenny had to talk me off the ledge several times. She is both tenacious and low key. I would highly recommend Jenny.

Review Jenny is a great agent. She never left me with questions or unanswered phone calls. She didnt wait for me to request help, She was always one step ahead in the process getting answers to question I didnt even know to ask. Whether is the phone number to my local codes office or a letter for temporary access from the seller, Jenny was there orchestrating beautifully exactly what was needed as it wasneeded. I am recommending her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Review Jenny was amazing to work with - kind, thoughtful and with such a knowledge of the business. I never would have found my "now" house without her remembering this house that was being sold by owner. She helped me strategize selling my house and her advice was spot on. She was such a pleasure to work with and a wonderful new friend! I highly recommend her!

Review Jenny Is best. I have known her since 2018 . She cares about the people who come to her to sell their homes. I knew that she would be the person to help me sell my home. We put the house on sell on Aug. 4, 2023 and just closed on 12
. Jenny told me that it would take a while to find the right buyer.

Review We have used Jenny Moynihan exclusively to sell the past four houses we have sold. Three of these were rental houses and one was an elderly parent's home. She first came to the house and told us what needed to be done to show the house in the best way possible. She suggested paint colors, repairs that needed to be done, and things that needed to be updated or replaced. Jenny had excellent knowledge of the market and how to price the houses so that we got the most money possible while selling the houses as quickly as possible. We found her to be honest and trustworthy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Jenny is the only one we go to for our realty needs.

Review Jenny was honest with us when it came to selling our home and worked to find potential buyers. Our home sold in a timely fashion. Searching for a new home, Jenny helped us find the home, in Maryville, that was right for us and was extremely patient with us as we looked through several houses. The buying process was smooth, clearly explained and executed. We are now living, happily, in our "forever" home because of Jenny's knowledge of our area and hard work.

Review After working with a realtor who wanted us to do all the work, we were referred to Jenny through a friend. Jenny listened to what we wanted, and work hard to help us find it. She kept in contact with us consistently, which kept us confident that we would find our new home. As a first time home buyer timer our family could not have asked for a better realtor experience. Thank you for helping us find our new home Jenny.
