For me and my partner, it was important to take some time early in our process to go to open houses and get a feel of different neighborhoods around the Sacramento area. Jenny understood our timeline and would check in with us as she would send us new listings. We learned a lot in this early phase and informed our expectations in order to find something we loved, but also stayed within our budget. The market we bought in was far from typical. ZillowVERIFIED The thing I look for most in a realtor is availability and dependability. Jenny has always picked up my calls and answered all my text rights away. The first time I called her was on a Sunday around 5pm. Maybe I got lucky or she was always available during that time but I like knowing that she will always be there for any concerns or if I want to take action. Especially right now for a home, taking action right away is really important if you want to win and get that home. I once wanted to make an offer on a place but my previous realtor didn't call me back until two days later and the sellers already accepted another offer. Even one day before might have gotten me that home. Also, Jenny is proactive. You tell her your requirements and then she will actively search and keep you updated. I don't mean she will regularly keep you updated once a week or even every couple of days but I mean daily if you want. So much dedication. I really appreciate that. Maybe I wrote so many good things only and may be hard to believe, but I haven't found anything bad about her yet. Try using her and you won't regret it.
