Are you looking for a realtor that is professional highly motivated and extremely patientcaring Then you need to contact Jenny Hayes as she just helped me complete the sale of my south Lakeland home after 19 years of ownership The house had been sitting idle as I determined what to do with the property since I had already moved to Tampa in September 2024 Jenny was able to help me get the home ready for listing Getting the home ready to be listed was a bit challenging due to the logistics but Jenny made sure to assist me in anyway she could to help me with the process Ultimately the home went under contract four separate times in a one month period Jenny was able to calmly and professionally guide me through the entire home sale process which is not easy these days due to the current housing market and the age of my home I cant recommend Jenny enough
