ZillowVERIFIED We live in New York and were looking for a vacation home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny Ford on the purchase of a Condominium in Calabash, NC. We knew the area where we wanted to purchase and Jenny got to work right away. The market began heating up in February 2022, and we were outbid on several homes. Jenny went to each Condo that we selected from Zillow along with her listings, and we used FaceTime to see each one. She was selective and pointed out the good and bad of each one. We were getting disappointed. However, she assured us that the market would stabilize and a Condo will come our way in the development that we desired. She was 100% correct. To that end, we closed on June 17, 2022!! Jenny went out of her way to run to different properties on short notice. We felt so confident in her assessment that we made the decision to purchase this Condo virtually. We saw it, in person, the morning of the closing. We couldnt be happier!! Jenny exudes true professionalism and has a wonderful personality. She made this transaction seamless. I would highly recommend Jenny for all brokerage services!!!

Although juggling many events, Jenny was always able to figure out how to make the time to see another home after we pre-qualified it by driving by first. Jennys overall knowledge on real estate sales along with the VA process was excellent and saved hours in wasted time not bothering to view homes that would not qualify. Once we decided, things moved quickly which included having to write the entire offer on a cell phone standing in the parking lot due to no power from a storm...highly dedicated to her profession!

We went through the majority of the buying process while in a different state and Jenny went above and beyond to make sure we were ready to close on the date we set when we went under contract. It was a brand new house that wasnt finished and she took the time to go over to the property multiple times to check on the progress and even FaceTimed us while walking through to take a virtual tour of it. When we got close to closing she even went over and walked through the house as if it were her own and taped all of the things she wanted the builder to fix to make sure we got our full value out of the house. We couldnt believe how easy she made the home buying process for us rookies from another state! Would highly recommend working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I first met Jenny in 2015 when we attended an Open House that she was hosting for one of her clients. She spent time with us answering all our questions about that particular house and about house hunting in general. She asked what we were looking for in a house and then offered to send me listings that matched our criteria. Of course being a skeptic, I didnt believe she would, but she was a woman of her word. This was without a written contract in hand. Even when we put house buying on the back burner for awhile, she kept in touch with us and continued to send listings that she thought would interest us. When we were ready to start looking again in earnest and to sign with her, she didnt miss a step. Jenny is very professional but also very personable and she always told us the truth - even when sometimes we didnt want to hear it or didnt agree. She made every appointment and inspection when we finally did decide on a house and listened to my fears and apprehensions as we got closer to the end. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again, we will definitely call on Jenny to be our Realtor.
