We purchased a house 2.5 hours away from where we lived. Jenny was helpful, flexible, reliable, and gave great recommendations. She even helped us quite a few times after the close. It's obvious she cares about people and she'll be our first call when we buy or sell in the future!

Jenny was my agent in buying a house and then a few years later in selling that house. In both cases she conducted business impeccably. She took the time to be sure that I saw several options on the market when I was a buyer and was honest and compassionate in a competitive situation. She had a house listed that ended up being the one I decided was for me, but she made sure that I saw others first. She was always looking out for my best interest and listening to me needs. In selling, I moved out of state before closing. I trusted her every step of the way. The house sold within days for well over list prices due to a favorable market for sellers. She helped me understand all offers and guided me. Yet, it was fully my choice on which to accept. Through the closing process I trusted her every step of the way and she was amazingly responsive. In my profession I have to be uniquely careful with who I deal with in things like this. Jenny was the right person. She has the right combination of business skills and character to be an industry leader.

Jenny did a wonderful job for us. We had a problem with the title but she stayed with it, trying to resolve the problem so we could sell the property. It took months to get it all done, but she did sell the church and parsonage for us. I will use Jenny again if I have a property to sell in her area. Thank you Jenny for your patience and all your help. I believe together we learned some new things on selling an old church.

Jenny will put in the time needed to view as many homes as necessary to find a good fit. She will not up the pressure or become disinterested as you visit homes and subsequently rule them out. I found that she valued my time.

Jenny is amazing! She kept us informed every step of the way, eased our concerns and made our whole experience smooth and relaxed. I highly recommend her and Ramus realty group as they make you feel important and not just a house they are selling.
