She was available on short notice to look at houses all over the Des Moines Metro. In addition to viewing houses and going through inspections and negotiations, Jenny was critical to having a successful closing as she quickly addressed a significant piece of closing information that the bank failed to produce. She understood my priorities, which in fairness were all across the board, and she tirelessly put homes in front of me that she thought I might like. There was never an issue in coordinating times to look at homes. Her suggestions relative to items to negotiate were very helpful and accurate. She was also extremely helpful in assisting me in acquiring good financing as well as making suggestions on subcontractors. Truly the only less than 5 star area, perhaps 4.8, would have been the side view mirror on her car that was dangling from being hit, but that was because she was always too busy to get it repaired :-). The only agent in the Des Moines metro area that I would recommend to anyone would be Jenny.
