GoogleReview My Fiance and I were looking to buy a house and searched for a realtor based up reviews online. We found 3, Jenny Chaney was one of them. We messaged all 3 separately and right away Jenny responded within 5 minutes of our initial text. We had good dialogue and set up a time to meet with her to see if she is who we wanted to use. The meeting went great and there was ZERO pressure to sign anything to make her our realtor officially. After speaking to another realtor we called Jenny and let her know we wanted to use her. She was wonderful, she got to know us and what we wanted so she could find just the right house for us. She set up a custom search which e-mailed us houses that fit our criteria. A house came across that we were interested in and Jenny was able to get us in to view it the same day it went on the market. She submitted an offer the following day, which was accepted 2 days later. We now have a wonderful house to call home because of Jenny, who is fantastic.

GoogleReview I moved from out of state. Her inspector failed to list disclosure of roof problems, windows that won't open and ventilation problems. She never listed my property as my primary residence. Now I'm in escrow negative and trying to makeup for loss. Her inability to understand the severity of her professional trust is beyond comprehension. I wouldn't use her or Century 21 ever. Be careful with your choices. Mine have cost me thousands of dollars and a lifetime of debt.
Upon reading your review, this is the first time I am learning of these issues. We have not spoken since 2023, and I had no idea. I have contacted the company that did the inspection, and they are refunding your money. As for the escrow, that is determined by your lender based on taxes and insurance, all of which are out of my control. Had you reached out to me directly, I could have helped.

GoogleReview Would not recommend any contractor to work for her. On June 2nd was made contact from Jenny and one of her clients and scheduled to meet on June 3rd at 11:00 a.m. , at 9:00 a.m. on June 3rd I had to take my daughter to sparrow hospital emergency room because she was sick , and we rescheduled to June 4th at 7:00 pm , I was running late an Jenny and her client still told me to come there anyways when we got there Jenny and her client was rude an turned us around after telling us it was okay for us to come there. Gas is not cheap and in my eyes that's unprofessional to tell somebody to still come even running late just to be rude an turn us around. Would not recommend any contractor to do work for someone like that.
It was understandable to miss the first appt and hope all is well with your daughter. Lack of communication in missing that appt was understandable. However, being late the second time was the determining factor in my clients decision to not hire you. It is not my call who my clients hire.
