She was VERY patient with us in finding a house and throughout the process explained things in a simple, but accurate way. She knew just when something was important enough to call, but always communicated quickly through text messaging. Even while she knew we were considering rental properties, she stayed by our side until we found a home to buy. Jenny understood what we were looking for, and was an honest broker when it came to making a decision if a house was worth making an offer on.
