My wife was pressured to have our tenants vacate early after being told the buyers were aEURoeready to close.aEUR? That turned out to be false, and I lost rental income as a result. The listing was mishandled (duplicate Zillow postings, inaccurate information, and missing upgrades my wife provided), communication was poor, and our tenants reported being treated rudely. Instead of accepting responsibility, blame was shifted to others. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this office.

Within a day or two we were looking at prospective houses and shortly after we put in the first offer. Despite being outbid multiple times, Jenny never wavered, never slowed or stopped and that went a long way in keeping my confidence up in this horrendous market. After interviewing numerous "local" agents and not getting a good vibe that they had OUR best interest in mind, we reached far outside our area for an agent that could pull in a more diverse group of buyers looking for the ultimate home to start or raise a family in. Jenny was no-nonsense, and told us exactly what we need to do to sell. Although it took almost 6 months to arrange for all her recommendations to be completed, once we decided to sign the listing agreement, the house was SOLD in 1 day. ONE FREAKING DAY! Even with the COVID issues and all, Jenny was available for consultation via phone or email all hours of the day, and was extremely responsive. If you understand that it is the homeowners responsibility to sell the house visually, and leave the professional negotiations to a shark like Jenny, you will be extremely happy with the end results, and the choice to engage Jenny for your transaction.
