Our agent from the team, John Purvis met with us a year before we were ready to sell and carefully looked at our house and property and instructed us on the things that we could do to to make our house sellable for the highest price. He not only gave us ideas for improving the value, he also set us up with skilled craftsmen to do some of the work for a very reasonable price. They also have relationships with several movers to help us get the best price for our moving expenses after sale. John and in particular,Jessica Ruggiero, kept us informed throughout the process. The Jennifer Young "coming soon" process helped us get an idea about the price range that was reasonable before we actually formally put the house on the market. We chose a price point that John and the Jennifer Young team felt was reasonable. Within one week, the interest at that price point was significant so John suggested we go live one week later. We had 20 showings the first day due to marketing reach that Jennifer Young has and we actually had multiple offers the first day. We eventually accepted one of those first day offers which was a cash offer, over the asking price with no contingencies. John and the team facilitated a settlement date and also negotiated a rent back agreement since our new house is not quite finished. The team continues to be in contact with us after the sale to be sure everything is smooth with the transition.
