ZillowVERIFIED Terri Lee was highly recommended by a co-worker and I quickly learned why! She was very quick to respond to my many questions about the home buying process and made sure I was informed every step of the way.She was able to quickly make arrangements to get me into homes I was interested in seeing in person. When I found the home I wanted, she listened to my concerns and made sure the offer addressed each one.There was no pressure at all...no recommendations of properties outside my price range. ZillowVERIFIED As far as a real estate transaction process, Brendon was very professional and knowledgeable. I had seen his marketing and knew that he knew his business. He and his assistant were very responsive.My only hesitation in strongly recommending is that we never met even when we had the chance, and I did not hear from Brendon in the week leading up to the closing, at the closing, and now two weeks after the closing. He received over $16k in commission and a courtesy check-in, congrats or follow-up would have been what I've experienced in selling almost 25 houses. It was rather impersonal and merely transactional in my opinion
