Natasha was amazing! Her communication and availability was top tier - even as we navigated one of the most (almost comically) difficult seller & listing agent combos Ive ever experienced. Natasha was able to negotiate many asks that the seller (or listing agent) originally denied, and we were able to buy the home at $35k less than original list price. Natasha and her team, including other half and partner Tadas Andriekus, were there every step of the way. For a first (or second) time homebuyer, who is not a flipper or all that familiar with the process, having this team in your corner was a dream come true. They came to the inspection, closing, and everything in between. Natasha worked HARD to make this deal work, and worked for ME, so I could have a home to call my own. All the way to the eleventh hour, Natasha & Tadas went well above and beyond. Both are true credits to their profession - and Natasha is just that: a professional. Thank you!
