We were looking for our dream home, which meant not only a great house but a good location in a neighborhood with a genuine sense of community. We were expecting a long process and started our search with a different agent who was hit or miss with showings; typical of our past experiences. A friend then recommended Jennifer and the improvement was both immediate and dramatic. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and she showed us a half dozen gems over just a few weeks, secured a buyer for our current house, and helped arrange financing, all at the same time. The house we bought had been listed before Covid, was then pulled for years and was not technically on the market. She recalled it, knew it was perfect for us, and convinced them to sell. We hadnt thought this could happen so quickly so were actually out of the country for much of the negotiations. I found Jennifer through a recommendation, as I was making a move to try to sell the house that I had been renting to tenants since I moved out of state in 2008, at which time the value had fallen too far to be able to sell. The house needed some work, and was in a market against competition which had been bought cheaply during the period of high foreclosures, renovated, and flipped. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I relocated from CT to Michigan for his job and We were truly blessed to have worked with Jennifer! She asked all the right questions and listened to our likes/needs/wants and found us our dream home!! In fact, we had seen the property on the Internet and my husband left CT to MI to look at it when he told Jennifer, "there's no pictures of the inside of the house it's probably a mess and dated." Thankfully, Jennifer changed his mind to at least go and look at it and to his surprise the inside was beautiful and the layout was exactly what we were looking for!! Since I was unable to travel to MI, Jennifer facetimed me and I was able to see the inside-from room to room and outside the house!! It was great! We made a decision and made an offer onthe house without me even being there! Jennifer clearly loves what she does and really cared about our needs. She was always quick to respond to questions, had great advice, was very professional, knowledgeable, and always was there for OUR best interest. We were very fortunate to have her as our real estate agent in assisting us every step of the way in our relocation process! In fact, we closed on our home 1wk ago and she had called to see how we were enjoying our new home and we still keep in touch! Every detail from her real-estate agent presentation to closing were very professional, transparent and personalized. She goes out of her way to help you at every step along the way thereby saving a lot of time and money. She helped prepare, stage and market my unique home effectively, which attracted the perfect buyer and hence sold within a couple of days in a neighborhood where it usually takes a month or more!
