ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was great and very patient with us while looking for houses in a variety of places all over Dallas and surrounding suburbs. We were buying from out of town so often times she would go and check on a place before we came in to town to make sure that it was worth or limited time visiting. She would also facetime potential places so we could get a good if we saw a house that we thought looked great but couldn't come up to see in person. She was very knowledgable and I would want to work with her again. Thanks to her we found a perfect place for us

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased 2 homes through this agent, and she is top notch!. Both of my previous homes were contingent on me selling my current home, and she certainly knows how to handle the process. She knows the proper price to list your home for, and she knows what you should pay for your next home. She is very detail oriented, and takes times to understand the wants and needs of her client. She seems very concerned with making sure that you not only get the right deal for the house you are selling, but, also you are buying. And her care does not stop there, she wants you to get a good deal on the home you are buying, but, more importantly, she wants to make sure that the home you are buying is a perfect fit for you. She points out little things like street noise that a buyer may miss in a search. I would highly recommend Jennifer Tollett to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She listed our house and within 5 days, we closed on it. She got us over asking price. She stayed in constant contact with us so we were never wondering where we were in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was excellent in helping us find our new home and getting our existing home sold. Even with some snags in the process, she was able to navigate us through getting everything resolved and ended with a smooth closing on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one.

ZillowVERIFIED I was buying in an area of town where the homes where selling as soon as they hit the market. I was bidding against investors. Jennifer knew what I was looking for in a home and I trusted her to go view a home and bid on it without me even seeing the home in person first. We won the bid and I am very happy with my home! She is very helpful and great to work with! I would definitely use her again if I decide to move. She even gave me a list of movers and handymen to use.Thank you Jennifer! Debbie, Buddy and Callie

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jennifer in 2004 and she helped me sell my home and moved into a smaller home. I had some issues with my buyer's financing. Everything worked out in the end but there was a period of uncertainty. Jennifer stuck with me and actively and patiently worked with me to find just the right house. I think we must have looked at 30-40 houses one weekend. We finally found the perfect house, she negotiated a great price and I was in! I'm very active in looking at houses and she very happily worked with my list as well as finding houses for me. I loved working with Jennifer and wish I could continue to work with her because I have a house I want to sell in South Carolina!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is a great realtor to work with. She attentively listened to my list of needs, wants, and dislikes when looking for my house. I found Jennifer to be patient and so accommodating with her schedule. Most importantly I found her knowledge of mortgage lending to be a must have with my inexperience. It unquestionably got me into a house that, not only do I love, but could be comfortable with financially. She was such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to being able to work with her again. I would most definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a Realtor!
