ZillowVERIFIED When my fiancA(C) and I were looking for houses Jen was hands down the best person we could have had to show us the ins and outs of home buying! I could text her at any time with any random question and she'd answer immediately (or close to it). She helped me through every first time home buyers feeling, from loving houses to hating some, getting our hopes up and then feeling like we would never find one. And, when we finally did find one we loved she did everything to ensure she would help us succeed in getting it. I could ask her anything and she'd give an honest answer, every time. The experience would have been completely different if we didn't have her, so I'm beyond thankful that we did. I would recommend her 1000x over !

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't say enough great things about Jen. She came as a referral from a good friend and when we met with her for the first time to just talk about putting our house up for sale, we knew she would be the one to get it done. She never promised anything unrealistic like other realtors in the past. She was confident she could sell the house and had an outstanding plan to get it done. (Went under contract within 2 days of listing!!!). We would recommend Jen to anyone and everyone looking for a realtor. She never sleeps and is accessible 24 hours a day. So thankful to be able to work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer helped us find our first home this year. She was extremely professional and helpful throughout our entire experience. We saw many houses and she always made herself available to us. At times she would rearrange her day around us with very little notice so we could try to see a home. Everything was very easy and effortless. If you get the chance to work with her you will be in great hands!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jen was an absolute pleasure! She was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She was extremely professional and overwhelmingly competent in dealing with the very difficult purchase of a short sale home. I would highly recommend Jen as an agent in listing as well as purchasing any property. She is an outstanding agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer worked with our family to help us find the perfect home. She exceeded all of our expectations in every way. She was knowledgable, helpful and kind. We had many questions throughout the process and she was always there with answers. It is very obvious she cares about her job and her clients. When we started looking for our home, we were under a lot of pressure because we only had 1 month to find a house. We told Jennifer exactly what we were looking for and she quickly found us the perfect home in the perfect location. We cannot thank her enough for her patience, honesty, and hard work. You truly cannot find a better agent or person!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is the complete package. Buying a house with Jennifer's guidance made the process extremely smooth, as stress free as possible, and she is very easy to get along with. Jen knows the right questions to ask and isn't timid about getting things done. Jen earned my trust in many ways; I sat back and relaxed throughout most of the process while Jen set up appointments and pointed out pro's and con's of each home. I knew I was in good hands and could just focus on the things that were important to me. In the end Jen got me the house I was dreaming of and made sure everything was done properly, and has even helped after closing. Thank you Jen!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jen was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She quickly gained a sense of what we were looking for and provided some really great properties that fit our criteria. When she found our home she alerted us right away as it seemed to be a perfect fit. She was absolutely right! At that point she was able to guide us through the purchasing process and went above and beyond to secure the deal. I recommend Jen to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated when starting the whole home-buying process. I work night shift, and Jennifer was extremely respectful of my time and crazy schedule. Once she got to know what my fiance and I were looking for, the entire process went very quickly. She figured out how much time it took us to go through houses and worked with my schedule so that we saw as many bookings as we could in one day. I never would have imagined that we would be living in our first home within just a few months of when we started looking. When it came to negotiating what we wanted with prospective sellers, Jennifer was efficient, professional, and attentive to our needs. We were able to get the home we wanted at a price we could afford! I would Highly recommend Jennifer Toal to anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent!
