My wife and I wanted a quick sale of our fixer upper house and were ready to take a cash offer to get out easy. At the last minute, we decided to get a second opinion and I called Jennifer after a quick search. From the first meeting on all communication was clear, very concise and she took the time to go through everything with us both. She understood what we were looking to get for the house, and reviewed all offers with us. Jennifer never let us settle for less and within 2 weeks we got exactly what we wanted for the sale of the house. Very easy to work with on our schedule, communication was top notch and we could not have been happier!

Review My wife and I first worked with Jennifer Thomas 33 years ago when she helped us buy our first home, and she later helped us sell it. Over the years, Jennifer has been an invaluable resourceaEUR"assisting with rental contracts, providing real estate advice, and always being there when I needed guidance. Most recently, she helped me sell a condo that was held in a trust for a late friend. The transaction was a bit more complex than a typical sale, but Jennifers expertise and familiarity with the process made everything smooth and stress-free. In an industry filled with part-time agents, Jennifer stands out as a true professional. Her experience, knowledge, and dedication are unmatched. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, knows the business inside and out, and will go the extra mile, Jennifer Thomas is the one to call. I highly recommend her without hesitation!

Review Let me first say that Jennifer Thomas is an outstanding real estate agent. She recently sold my townhome in the Hollywood Hills during a slow market, and I couldnt have done it without her. From the start, Jennifer was highly engaged, incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. She provided expert guidance on how to prepare my home for sale, leveraging her deep experience in the Southern California real estate market to attract the right buyer. Having owned my home for 20 years, selling it was a HUGE decision, and Jennifer made the process seamless and guided me every step of the way. Her expertise, dedication and strategic approach were invaluable in getting my home sold quickly. If youre looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend JenniferaEUR"she is a true pro who goes above and beyond for her clients!

Review Jennifer Thomas is an excellent agent. I have known Jennifer since 2013 when she managed my mother's two rental properties. When there were maintenance issues on the properties, she would efficiently communicate, and then remediate the issue promptly. She also recently sold these properties. She was efficient and organized in getting the properties on the market, looking their best with staging plus photos and video. She was able to extract the best value out of the properties. Jennifer brings a lot to the table with her business sense and real-world experience.

Review We have used Jennifer to help us sell our home three times over the years, because she always did a great job! Our most recent home sold for $100,000 over asking. We knew our home would bid up, but we were happy with how high it went up. Jennifer organized the painter, carpet and home cleaners,, staging company, photographer and wrote up the most exciting ad for our home. We so appreciate all her help making our move less stressful!

Review Jennifer and her business partner Robert Van Der Goes were the consummate professionals. In full disclosure, we talked to Jennifer several times over the years at various Open Houses. So, when we decided to sell our house there was no hesitation when choosing Jennifer and Robert as our agents and we were more than satisfied with their service. They gave us excellent advice, made helpful suggestions, were very quick to respond and guided us through the entire process of selling our home all the way through the close of escrow. We are grateful and appreciate for all that Jennifer and Robert did for us.

Review I just recently closed the sale of a rental condominium I have owned for over 33 years. When deciding to sell, I knew of only one person I wanted to be my real estate agent. That person is Jennifer A. Thomas of Seven Gables Real Estate. I want to share with you all the aspects of Jennifer that make her uniquely qualified to be the GREAT agent that she is. I met Jennifer at the time I was looking to buy the condominium I have just sold through her. Back then I had a different buying agent. But as my significant other and I were looking around at Crosspointe Village, we met Jennifer who lived there. She graciously invited us into see her unit so we could get an idea of what the layouts were. She was so kind that over the intervening 33 years, I have called Jennifer just a handful of times with questions related to my being a property owner and about the housing market. She was always exceedingly kind to me with her time and expertise.Fast forward to now with this sale. I signed up with Jennifer who could not be any more helpful! She knows the market and was fastidious in leveraging her wonderful market knowledge into correct pricing. She also knew that we would have a bidding war and how to approach this situation. Additionally, I was a long-distance owner and needed work done on the condo including delivery and setup of a new dishwasher and oven/stove. In trying to figure out the coordination of all this activity, Jennifer offered without my asking, to be there for all condo contractors who needed to work on my behalf. She also got up and was there for me early on weekend mornings when the appliances were delivered and made sure everything was done according to plan. She beautifully staged the unit to its best effect and guided me without complaint when I had numerous aEUR~question storms. When the unit sold, after a brief time on the market, I was ecstatic with the result and truly know that all went as well as it did because of this great agent. What you are getting when you hire Jennifer is the following aEUR" incredible knowledge of the market, almost a aEUR~sixth sense of understanding. You are also getting a quality so too often missing from peoples work ethic. DILLIGENCE. Jennifer is on top of the issues, she is on top of process, and she simply does not waver in always managing whatever comes up. She is a friendly, kind, and caring person on top of everything else. I simply cannot recommend her enough. Should you need a quality real estate agent (and kind person to boot!) I have no qualms in singing Jennifer A. Thomass praises!

Review My family and I have lived in our 2 bedroom condo for 13 years and thought wed never be able to get out of it- as soon as our equity was up, so was the rest of the market. Jennifer found us an off market fixer upper that gave us more space for a great price allowing us to even use some of our equity to remodel it just the way we wanted. She took a seemingly impossible situation and made it happen! We love our new home and have Jennifer to thank!

Review Jennifer, her team, and her network of vendors were great to work with throughout the entire process of selling our condo. From the initial stages of getting our home show-ready, to pricing it efficiently in order to draw in many potential buyers, Jennifer was a great resource! Even when the deal became a bit more complicated than expected, Jennifer was the master negotiator and helped made everything work to our advantage in the end. Condo sold over asking! Review Our Aunt G. past away at the beginning of September and we were faced with the challenge to sell her small condo within a mile of the beach. Luckily, Aunt G. had already connected with Jennifer and they both laid a very clear path forward for us. So Jennifer did excellent work providing guidance and recommendations to her during her later years and us after her passing. Jennifer was also able to sell the condo within a few days of listing it and helped to attain a cash offer higher than our asking price. The condo closed successfully in record time. Many thanks to Jennifer for taking care of all the various details. We highly recommend her services & experience.

Review Back in April 2020 we listed our home with Jennifer. Even with all the COVID stuff just beginning and the most severe shut down orders in place, Jennifer got our home SOLD. It was a difficult time in the market, escrows were falling apart, homes were very difficult to show and there was a lot of uncertainty. Even with all that going on Jennifer got us multiple offers and we were able to sell at full price. Our family can not recommend her highly enough.

Review I listed my rental property with Jennifer after the first realtor I used wasn't properly representing me. When I met Jennifer and her amazing team of Cheryl and Robert, I knew that she would be the one to get me out of the stagnant situation I had been in for close to a month! Jennifer immediately made me feel like I was a priority! Within one week of listing my rental with her, she had it properly marketed, professional pictures taken, and an Open House on the calendar. Having never sold a property before, and then being in the stagnant situation I had just experienced, I was in complete awe of how quickly Jennifer got the ball rolling, and this was all in the midst of having to gracefully handle the tenants whom were still living there! I had such a sense of comfort and peace come over me, knowing that I had finally chosen the best realtor for my area and delicate tenant situation!I truly cannot say enough descriptive words of how much I appreciate Jennifer Thomas and her amazing team! They are all fantastic and provided me the highest level of service a client could hope for! Not only were they all very professional, but they were also very personable, down to earth, and always available, and I was always kept informed throughout the whole process! Jennifer always texted me back right away, or called me if I needed to chat about things! She was always great with helping to put my nerves at ease! They all understood that this was a whole new process to me and always happily answered any questions or concerns I might have had with this whole process...and I asked a lot! With the collective amount of experience Jennifer and her team have...they have pretty much seen it all and heard it all...which only confirms that they are hands down, the team you want representing you! Jennifer will truly go the extra mile to represent you with the utmost integrity, honesty, transparency and kindness! You will always feel that you are her #1 priority!Thank you so much Jennifer, for holding my hand throughout this whole house selling process! Thank you Cheryl, for helping me with my documents, and being such a kind listening ear at times! Last but not least, thank you Robert, for helping me to find the right people to put some finishing touches on my rental to get it ready to show!If you're looking for GREAT REALTOR REPRESENTATION, look no further...Jennifer Thomas and her team is your first and final choice!!!

Review We needed to sell our property in the shortest period of time while trying to obtain the highest possible price. While most agents are part-time agents, Ms. Jennifer Thomas is a full-time real estate broker with years of experience under her belt. Her depth of local market knowledge, professionalism and clear communication are variables that set her apart from the others. We listed our property with her, and the property was in escrow in a week. The property was staged beautifully, and she took professional photos of the property. The process was seamless, and Ms. Thomas and her team did a fantastic job. We highly recommend her to represent you as your agent. Thank you, Jennifer!

Review I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, and her team (Cheryl), over the last several years. Whether being a tenant of a property that she managed, a property owner where she managed my interests, and as the agent that represented me during the sale, Jennifer, at all times, had my best interests in mind and at heart. As both a tenant and a property owner that utilized her management services, any issues when they came about, were addressed and taken care of promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost care and satisfaction. When it came time to sell my property, there was no doubt of whom I would use for the sale. Jennifers expertise and tireless work ethic, along with the great relationship and trust that was garnered over many years as both a tenant and a property owner, made that an easy decision. My sales process as a property owner was definitely not an easy one due to issues with a tenant that I had in the property that I was listing. Jennifer, by far, went above and beyond and unequivocally exceeded my expectations. Throughout the whole sales process, Jennifer was extremely professional, extraordinarily knowledgeable and exceptionally dedicated; all while being sympathetic and understanding to the issues at hand. She carried on her shoulders the burden of this sale, and walked it through seamlessly as the consummate professionally that I will always hold in high regards. With that said, I will always in the future, rely on her as I know that she and her team will always have my back!

Review Jennifer did an excellent job selling our house! She was in constant contact with us, which really helped to ease our nerves during the potentially emotionally-charged time that is selling a house. She was always so kind, and willing to explain anything we didn't understand. I appreciate her putting us at ease, getting us a great price, and doing it all as efficiently as possible. Jennifer was very personable, but could be tough when she needed to be (she basically had to keep our buyer's lender on track to make sure things happened at a reasonable pace). If we ever sell our current house, we will definitely use Jennifer Thomas again!

I called a different office and asked for their best rep. We were put in touch with Jennifer and she did in TWO DAYS what the other agent could not do in two months. My wife and I raised a family in that house for 17 years and when it came time to sell we contacted Jennifer again. Jenifer suggested we raise the sale price by $25,000 more than we were thinking and then proceeded to sell the house in 1 week with multiple offers. We have kept in touch and Jennifer has given us miscellaneous advice on other real estate over the years as well.In my experience there are a lot of realtors but very few professionals. Review We have worked with Jennifer Thomas since 1994 and she has been the most responsive and professional realtor we have ever known! She responded immediately, when we called to find a home and within two months we were moving into our new condo on Dorado Dr. at Cabo Del Mar in Huntington Beach. Then the summer of 1998, when we needed a house with a yard for our two growing children, she not only helped us find a home, but sold our condo within days! We were able to find and buy a home and sell our condo and move into our new home, before the kids started school that fall. Later, when we had to move out of that home, she sold our house in (3) Days in June 2003. We highly recommend Jennifer Thomas and plan to do future transactions with her!
