ZillowVERIFIEDImmediately after meeting and talking with Jennifer, I could see she was the real deal. She listened to my goals about selling my home, and payed attention to the challenges I presented her. She was honest and forthcoming with what was realistic, as well as what needed to be done to get us to that price point. She gave herself to the process even though some communications literally came from her in a hospital bed. She kept me on task and on track with my end of our process, and made it a seamless sale for me. I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you are interested is buying or selling a home in Campbell County.

ZillowVERIFIED Bar Nun, Jennifer is the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She has practically adopted my wife and myself as a family member. Anytime I have a question or problem, I call her and if she doesnt answer immediately, she responds within just minutes (unless shes on a airplane! ??LOL). She is amazing! I cant speak highly enough of her and her abilities. Anyone who uses a realtor other then Jennifer is simply making a huge mistake!

ZillowVERIFIED House went on the market and was under contract for an acceptable price within a week. Jennifer and her team did a remarkable job getting the house in condition to show and in getting the property exposure. This was a high end home that had been on the market twice within the past two years and not sold. Excellent all around performance!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the years I've bought and sold several homes and this one was the smoothest of them all. From the first meeting thru the day of closing she made sure I was well informed of what was going on, answered my questions right away. She went over and above the basic selling of the property, assisting with many other "moving" obstacles. She cared about making sure the experience was a positive one. Would recommend her to anyone who wanted quick results with a friendly positive realtor. Great job!

ZillowVERIFIED This agent is willing to go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable of local trends and the realestate market. I was a tough client to deal with and he stood strong and got the job done far quicker than expected. I would recommend this agent to anyone I talk to. If you want an agent that is honest even if it's bad news this is the agent you want. If you need an agent that gets things done and willing to do some minor odd jobs to keep the deal going, this is the agent you want. I can not thank him enough. Like I said above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had been looking at houses for a few month with two realtors located in different cities. We were interested in another house, but the realtor we were working with before Jennifer was just not professional and wasnt really informative on any of the houses we were interested in. We received a call from Miss. Jennifer and she was extremely helpful! She was willing to work with us from coming out of town. The very first day we looked at houses she sold us out Beautiful remodeled home. The house was about 10xxx more then our approved loan and Jennifer was able to get the house in our price range! While we waited for the house to be remodeled and to move in Jennifer would send us pictures of the updates that had been done to our new home! If we were to ever buy another home we most definitely would go through Jennifer Thomas! Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was so easy to work with and took initiative to help me find my home. She knew exactly what I was looking for, didnt try to get me into something I didnt need, but something that fit me. She is a wonderful person and takes great pride in her work. As a person who has never bought a house on their own, she helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Jennifer to any new home buyer who has never been through the process before.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was super friendly and helped me feel confident with the first purchase of my home. She helped me work with a reputable builder in town which we avoided working with another builder and realtor who wasnt as helpful during the process.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Jennifer as her company was the listing agent for a house we wanted to look at. She was very helpful and understanding of circumstances. When that house sold before we could see it, Jennifer offered different homes and explained a lot of the lending process to us. She was patient and courteous as we changed our mind on what direction we wanted to look and when we settled on a direction, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed even if she was out of town! Jennifer made the process of buying our first home very painless! We are so grateful for her help!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are first time home buyers, and while we put in a lot of research before hand, some things were completely new to us. Jennifer took all the stress we had had and went above and beyond to navigate us through the process. I honestly couldnt have wished for a better realtor. Were moving across country and its so refreshing to have had a realtor whos been there for us at every turn. If youre looking to buy a property in Gillette, WY, I highly recommend Jennifer.
