ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer, Phil and the Taberski Team did a wonderful job helping us to sell our house in Punta Gorda. They came highly recommended by several friends in the area who had successfully sold properties with their help. They go the extra mile with unique marketing strategies, working to bring a larger pool of potential buyers. We appreciated their expertise, professionalism and guidance during the process- and always felt that they genuinely cared about making the it all as stress free as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, Phil, and Monica as our realtors to sell our home, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every possible way. They priced our home perfectly at fair market value, but it was their outstanding marketing efforts that really stood out. Thanks to their strategy, our home sold within just four days of listing aEUR" at full cash price, with no contingencies, and a quick close. In today's Charlotte County market, where theres an overwhelming amount of inventory sitting for long periods, this was an incredible achievement. The team's attention to detail was commendable throughout the entire process. I was living 100 miles away from the home during the sale, which could have made things challenging, but Monica, in particular, went above and beyond. She ensured that the house was kept tidy and presentable at all times and worked incredibly hard to make sure every detail was taken care of. Her dedication to keeping everything on track, especially when I couldn't be there in person, was greatly appreciated. Even though I can be difficult to work with at times, the entire team was accommodating and patient, never once making me feel like my requests were too much to handle. They were always professional and responsive, which helped make what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and smooth. To future buyers or sellers, I cannot recommend this team enough. They will represent you with utmost professionalism and dedication, whether youre buying or selling a property. As if the process wasnt already impressive enough, a major hurdle occurred just before closing. Hurricane Helena hit the day before we were supposed to close, and the situation could have been catastrophic. Streets were flooded, and many areas were inaccessible, but Monica stepped in and went to the house the day after the hurricane to check for any damages. Her commitment and willingness to go the extra mile, even under these extreme circumstances, was truly remarkable. Thank you, Jennifer, Phil, and Monica, for your hard work and dedication. You made what could have been a difficult and stressful process incredibly easy and successful. We are extremely grateful and wouldn't hesitate to work with you again or recommend you to anyone looking for top-tier representation in the real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED You're not talking about a traditional realtor that just puts your house on the MLS and a yard sign. Jennifer and Philip use digital marketing and zone in on potential buyers. They were also very diligent about Open Houses. I don't think my house would have sold using a traditional realtor. Thanks to Jennifer and Philip for an outstanding job!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer did a wonderful job with helping us find our 2nd home in Florida. We were out of area and she made it very easy to view properties from a far and show us when we were in town. She was very patient with us. Her experience and professionalism was outstanding. My wife is an owner/broker here in Virginia, so we were educated in what we were looking for in an agent from the get go. Thanks, Jennifer for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is extremely professional and efficient. She assisted us with a long distance condo purchase, guiding us through the process step by step. This included writing up our offer paperwork the same day we requested it, communicating with us when there were any other offers submitted, and connecting us with an inspection company. At all times, we felt that Jennifer had our best interests in mind. We would highly recommended her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer (and Philip) have worked with us 2 times over the past 4 years..first to buy our home, then to sell it. They investigate local prices, and provide comparison. They worked with us as to when we wanted the home to go onto the market... after we gave the go-ahead... They had an offer for us to review which led to the sale of our home. They prove impressive mastery of the real estate business and do recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer and Phil are the best communicators we have dealt with in a long time, always responsive and knowledgeable of the market and current trends. With their help, we were able to purchase in a super competitive area since they have a great depth of buyers and sellers. In addition to their real estate expertise, their business has many trade subcontractors that are loyal to them to help with large and small home repairs and remodels. One final salute to this team for recognizing Veteran's who served with incentives, well done!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Taberski and Team are fantastic. Our initial experience with Florida real estate agents was poor. My research led me to Jennifer and I sent a text message that was immediately returned with a phone call. Her responsiveness, open communication and desire to provide excellent service is unmatched in the SW Florida real estate market. I cant imagine navigating the home purchase process without her by our side. She wins all the stars from us.

ZillowVERIFIED We dealt with Jennifer and Lynn D. They were prompt in responding to every inquiry. They knew the area well and were able to get us a good property at an excellent price. I would recommend them - in a heartbeat. Jennifer took the time to talk with us about all our options - not just purchasing but also how to manage the property from a distance. Lynn chased all the details and kept us up-to-date. This was not an easy sale for them as we live in Massachusetts and had to work through family who live in the area in order to purchase our property. None of that mattered to them. They made sure we could close from a distance. They got the job done. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

ZillowVERIFIED Due to Covid-19 and many villas for sale in our neighborhood, I was nervous about putting our villa on the market. Jennifer explained that the market was moving fast, despite Covid-19, and that sometimes neighborhoods have a turnover within the the first 2 years. Once we met with her and Phillip we were 150% confident that they were the best team to sell our home. Jennifer was always available, communicated honestly, and did everything you could ask for when a realtor sells your home. She always made us feel like a priority and was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend her to anyone selling or looking for a home.
