ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer represented us in the sale of our past 2 homes. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable, as well as very personable and available. She clearly has excellent knowledge of the industry and the market. We believe her suggestions and insights were key in the sale of our home after multiple offers within hours of the listing. She also has amazing support staff who communicated with us multiple times to make sure we were on track for a successful closing. I highly recommend Jennifer and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is extremely knowledgeable of how real estate isn't just a market to analyze but how people interact and the huge life changes happening for buyers and sellers. We've purchased two homes with Jen and our lives would be very different without her since we would not have gotten those homes. She is extremely kind, supportive, patient, and empathetic. We found and got our dream home because of her!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was highly recommended to us by a trusted source. We contacted Jennifer about listing our home for sale. At our first meeting she came prepared with recent housing data/market analysis, comparables, marketing plan and seller expense worksheets. It was all very thorough and understandable. She offered guidance and suggestions but also listened to our concerns and questions. It was evident that Jennifer was an experienced real estate professional with a friendly personality - she's a "people person". Over the time of our selling process Jennifer was very responsive and provided regular updates. Our home selling experience could not have gone better thanks in large part to Jennifers assistance. She has our highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED She was awesome. She had no problem talking with us at all hours of the day. Got back to us when we had questions. We were looking for houses in an area of about 40 minutes and were willing to drive all 40 minutes from one house to the other.

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved having Jen as a realtor! She was very knowledgeable, always honest, funny and just seemed like someone who actually cared. I never felt like she was just trying to sell us a house to earn a check. She genuinely cared about finding us our dream home. She always so so flexible with our schedules and literally would meet with us anytime we wanted. We won't ever use anyone else but her!

ZillowVERIFIED I can only say you would be well represented by Jen. She not only found the right home of us, but took care all the details in a timely manner. She was able to find us over 11 buyers for our old house within a very short time. All 11 offers were well over our asking price. All you had to do was choose from the group. When we made an offer for our new home, we closed within 32 minutes. Yes, that fast.Jen helped us through the reams of papers work and made the whole process look easy.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Jennifer for your house hunting experience. We started our journey while living abroad and when things got sticky with the market, Jennifer stuck with us until we returned to search locally. She was great at finding us new options, listening to our concerns and gave us all the needed guidance as first time home buyers. Very honest and very friendly!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was exactly the person I needed when my husband and I realized that we needed to move out of the 130 year old house that we had lived in for 50 years. My husband was having serious health problems and the charm of the house could no longer overcome the obstacles it presented. Jennifer met with us, listened carefully and within a few days showed me the twin home we decided to buy. I had no experience in buying a house (I'm 80 years old and my husband had always handled the financial things for us) but she ticked off every box on my "must have" list and we made an offer within two days with her help and expert advice. Our offer was accepted and Jennifer guided me through the huge job of getting our old house ready for showing and selling. She helped us find reliable people to help clean and fix what we needed to fix. When she showed us her brochure for our old house we were amazed and not at all sure that we would ever get the asking price she suggested but we did even better than that. At all times she was professional but also so very kind and helpful - going out of her way to facilitate getting papers signed, etc. when my husband was in the hospital, doing everything to make things easier for me. I will be forever grateful Jennifer came into my life at a really stressful time and guided me through the process of buying one house and selling another - she was a joy to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Jennifer on many fronts; selling our personal home and buying a new personal home, to buying an investment property. Jennifer is not only knowledgeable of the housing market, but she also has excellent negotiation skills, is very responsive, and is very pleasant to work with. We have recommended her to multiple people, who have also had successful results, with Jennifer. We would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the St. Croix Valley area and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer has helped me buy and sell two houses each, a total of four. Our most recent experience was in the very competitive market and she helped us get the house we simply had to have by recommending the best way to make an offer and we got it! She also helped us sell the condo we came from and we got top dollar for that. Jen always responds any time of day and is a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was honest and straightforward and her strategy for submitting a winning offer was spot on. Additionally her contacts helped us secure a lender in a very heated real estate market where some of the lenders were too busy to return a phone call. I would definitely use Jennifer again and recommend her to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and trends in western Wisconsin. She not only assisted in finding and purchasing my twin home, but also in selling my land in Martell township. I've sold and purchased three homes in the past eight years and Jen is the most dependable, hard-working, and straight forward realtor I've had the pleasure of working with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is very personable and helped us find the perfect home in this crazy market. We originally contacted Jen in 2020 to sell our home and help us find a new home. Then the pandemic hit and we decided to wait until spring of 2021. During this time we still got listings just in case which was great. When we decided to get on the market in 2021 she was able to get our house listed right away and start showing us new homes. We looked for new properties in multiple towns and the process was so EASY. Very responsive and very flexible around our toddlers schedule. If she is still in the business in 15-20 years when we expect to move we will definitely contract through her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was great with helping us find our first home. She was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process and was patient with our new buyer questions. We appreciated her hard work to get showings set up as soon as possible with plenty of time to tour and she also kept us up to date on offers being put in on ones we were interested in. When it came time to the end of the sale she was there for us to make sure our transition into the house went smooth and when there was issues with move in she was eager to get things moving so we could enjoy our new home as soon as possible. We are so glad we chose to work with Jennifer for our first home purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was extremely competent and helpful with our home selling experience from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home and we needed a lot of guidance and patience and Jennifer provided both in abundance. She helped us to make decisions on how to prepare our home for showing. Once the house was ready, she gave us the confidence to move forward to the next phase. She was sure we were informed about the process and what to expect at each step of the way. Jennifer advised us from the offer stage to the end and we always felt confident following her guidance. The offer and eventual closing occurred within a timeframe we had only dreamed would be possible. We wholeheartedly would recommend Jennifer Syverson to anyone selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer made an instant impression on us when she responded to the offer we put on a house with another realtor. While were not the accepted offer, we appreciated her responsiveness and genuine message. When we made the decision to change realtors as we continued our search, we met we three. I spoke with Jen on the phone and she immediately connected to our needs/home search. She was extremely responsive (still!) and made sure we got into homes as quickly as possible in a market with very little inventory. And, most importantly, we actually had FUN looking at homes! Our purchase and close were seamless and having some follow up questions after moving in, she continues to be responsive and supportive. We have bought 8 homes in 22 years and Jen has by far been the best realtor we've ever worked with. I hope we don't have to move again for a very long time, but when/if we do, we will absolutely work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jennifer to buy this house a few years ago and the process went very smoothly so we asked her to help us sell this year. She was very responsive - provided us with comps and estimated fees immediately. She made staging suggestions and hired an amazing photographer. The market was competitive and we had an offer the first weekend. We moved out before the sale closed so she checked on the house after a couple storms. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer - she is responsive, down to earth and honest.
