Something came up after the initial phone call and I basically ignored the process and Jennifer for nearly a year. She would reach out periodically to check in. When I was ready to get back into the process I called Jennifer back to apologize. Without a hitch, Jennifer setup a meeting with me and my wife. We were blown away by the amount of experience in the industry that she had and how much fun it was getting to know her. She was able to quarterback basically the entire process. The only problem was that these weren't links to the actual listings, they were links to the MLS "Collab Portal". When I clicked on them, I had to sign in and navigate through the site to find the listing. I told her this was extremely inconvenient and asked her if she could just send me direct links to individual listings that met my criteria. She responded to this by saying "I don't work for free," and that you have to commit to only working with me for this to happen. I thought this was extremely rude. ZillowVERIFIED We actually found Jennifer by chance on Zillow, and only because she was the the listed agent to contact for a property that we were interested in. We are so lucky to have found her! From the first phone call, she was very informative and willing to go find out information for us, even though we told her that we were not serious buyers yet. She recommended a face to face meeting, and even recommended that we talk to other agents just to make sure we felt comfortable moving forward with her as our realtor. Jennifer let us look at homes at our own pace, and when we found one we liked, she had all the paperwork lined up same day for us to sign. Jennifer is super knowledgeable about the home buying process and was incredibly response to our questions and concerns. If she didn't know the answer, she would contact whoever did on our behalf and get the answer for us, usually within the hour. We felt like we didn't have to worry about anything in escrow falling through the cracks because we always had Jennifer telling us what to expect and what the next step in the process was. She was at every meeting/appointment on time if not early, and she had great contacts and recommendations for inspections companies, plumbers, and home warranty companies based on her experience. All of the paperwork involved in buying a house can be overwhelming, but we were able to get through all of it confidently with Jennifer helping us out. She is down to earth and easy to get along with, which means she is also able to build great rapport with the seller's agent. In this crazy competitive market, she got our offer accepted even though there was another offer on the table for thousands more than ours! We are closing escrow in a few days on our first home, and we can't recommend Jennifer highly enough for anyone out there looking to do the same. ZillowVERIFIED Our appraisal came in low due to a mistake made by the appraiser. Jennifer caught it, and notified the appraiser. 5 days had already gone by since the appraisal was done, it took the appraiser another 5 days to acknowledge the issue, and he said it would be another 7 days to get it corrected. This timing would have killed the deal. So, instead, Jennifer explained the situation to the buyer and was able to negotiate the buyer bringing more money, and a decrease to the buyer's agent commission in order to keep the deal on track. Because of her hard work, expert industry knowledge and negotiating skills, the deal closed.

She was patient and stuck with me through all my questions and hesitations- and even when I had to take a break from looking when I was being priced out of all my interests.

ZillowVERIFIED Very unhappy dealing with Jenn. Poor representation, lack of professionalism, a shame to really not focus on my real estate needs! I asked for help locating a San Diego property that met my needs and received listings that never fit these guidelines. Then, in conflict of interest she wanted me to use her friend lender who quoted me very high fees and rates compared to other lenders. To add insult to injury, she rudely dropped me as a potential buyer for no good reason! I would NOT recommend this realtor as a source for buying any home.
