ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a better realtor to help us find our family home. From the very beginning, they truly listened to what we wanted and needed, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Buying a house can be overwhelming, especially when its a big move for your family, but their professionalism, patience, and dedication made all the difference. They were always available to answer our questions, explain every step clearly, and advocate for us during negotiations. We never felt pressuredaEUR"only supported. Thanks to their expertise and commitment, we found the perfect family house in a great neighborhood, and we couldnt be happier. If youre looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, we highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful and informative.Explained things to us so we could understand. Easy going. Friendly. Fun to work with. Detailed plan of the process and what to expect and what was expected of us. Help us with how the flow of selling our home would be. In the time of need, he was very quick to respond with the steps that we needed for the viewings of our home. Also, broke down the process once we finally chosen the buyer how things would go and what we needed to do. In the End, He Got the job done. Thanks, Ben!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used a long time family friend and agent in San Diego but are moving to WI. We were fortunate to be introduced to Carissa by some Wisconsin friends. She did an amazing job and helped us through the stress of moving 2000 miles to a perfect home. We would use Carissa again and recommend her to family and friends. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED She was good at finding listings for me to look at and coaching me as a first-time homebuyer about what to expect. She also recommended services such as a home inspector and home insurance, and she got me my first home. She had really quick turn around when it came to showings and getting the documents prepared for submitting an offer.

Jen did an amazing job and actually received an offer the same day we listed. This was the offer to whom we eventually sold our home. Jen had an interior designer come and help us as well. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience than with Jen Stauter.

I first contacted Jen back in 2014 when I wanted to sell my house in Janesville and move to Utah. She had impressed me with her marketing plans for the house. No other realtor I had talked to offered anything close to what she was planning. The move to Utah fell through and I actually then moved to Milwaukee. Before I could even list the house, I had found friends to rent my house from me. I let Jen know of this change and she was very understanding and she said she would keep in contact with me until the tenants decided to move out. Throughout the 2.5 years while my tenants occupied my house, Jen would check in a few times a year to see how things were going. She was always friendly and considerate. When my tenants did move out, Jen was all set to get the house listed as soon as possible. The same week she listed it, she had an open house where she drew up a bunch of prospective buyers. She also marketed the house on social media and I was very impressed to find there was even a walkthrough video of my house on YouTube. Photos of my house were beautiful. I had never seen any other house marketed that way. I was so sure that I picked the absolute best realtor for my house. The house sold in 3 weeks! After the offer was received, Jen had all the paperwork for me to sign and the process was so easy. I never felt worried that things were going to fall through or pressured into anything. It was so simple to sell a house with Jen and Id recommend her to anyone selling a house in her area.

Jen and Matt were incredible to work with! They helped us sell and buy in the same timeframe, and we couldn't be happier. They were very personable and easy to talk to. Rapid responses via phone, text, and email any time of day and day of the week. They coordinated an extremely fast turnaround for our listing and delivered ever step of the way! They were very accommodating and worked around our busy schedule with enthusiasm. Would gladly work with them again and will recommend to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks for everything Jen and Matt!
