ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer was very pleasant to work with. We xhose her because of her experience in VA loans. She kept us up to date with viewing houses, signing papers. The whole process from looking at houses to signing closing papers took only 2 months. Jennifer communicated by email, text and phone to keep us on track. Now we are home owners!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was excellent. She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. We lived out of state, and she gave virtual tours until we found the perfect home. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Jennifer is the best agent I have ever worked with and if I ever decide to move again, I want Jennifer as my agent. We love our home. Even after we bought and moved into our house Jennifer still wanted to know we were happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer went above and beyond for us! She had us under contract within four days! Unfortunately the buyer decided not to move to Roswell. Jennifer searched for the cash buyer that stopped by while we were putting up the sold sign. She found him and within 10 days of the initial list we were under contract again. She explained every step of the way and made this the easiest sale ever!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Jennifer. It took over a year to find the right house for us and we never felt any impatience or frustration from her. We?d go weeks or even months without seeing anything promising and then when something did hit the market, she was always able to quickly schedule us in to view it. Never pushy but always there when you need her! When we found ?the house? Jennifer was on point for the next steps. She answered all our questions, and had each step and deadline clearly explained. While staying professional as well as neutral, she skillfully guided us through the each stage. Her insights and experience was invaluable as we made successive decisions. Even when another situation came up that required her immediate attention, she was quick to communicate that to us. If you want a strong, knowledgeable real estate agent and advocate, we definitely recommend Jennifer!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is amazing! I flew out Sunday and began looking at houses on Monday. We had been in contact for several months online and I had a bunch of houses in mind. Not knowing how fast we would go she only scheduled five showings which we went through in less than an hour and a half. She was able to schedule nine more until I found number 14 as the one. She was amazingly efficient in getting paperwork done and even came to me while I was eating dinner at a restaurant to finish electronic and paper forms. She stuck with me through closing and has been helpful after as well. Buy or sell a house - go with Jennifer!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying and finding a house at the top of the market is not an easy task.. Jennifer was very professional as well as personal?my stresses were high as I am self-employed with many nuances to our loan. Jennifer is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME an issue came up, Jennifer moved fast knowing I had a closing date deadline. She negotiated and helped us to obtain a wonderful home, working hard to make sure both my family and the Sellers were happy with all outcomes. Jennifer and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won?t regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED OMG...Jennifer is absolutely amazing!!! I?ve now purchased two homes since relocating to this area and her expertise, timeliness, professionalism, detail orientation, knowledge base of the area and multitude of resources are second to none. Throughout the process she was always a step ahead and proactive in her approach due to the nature of the home buying process during the current climate. I found that she was always just a text/call away regardless of the time of night. Compared to others, she is one of the best, most ethical realtors I?ve ever worked with and I would recommend her services without reservation. If there was a question during the home buying process, she has or will find the answer for you. She?s awesome; if my journey results in my needing a new home in the future, she will definitely be my first call!!
