ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and especially experienced with the type of property we were selling. Jennifer helped us with purchasing our home and later with the sale of the property. She is always readily available, easy to work with and a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer made, buying my condo, very easy and stress free. After helping me negotiate an acceptable offer, I was able to relax as she worked with my lender completing the tasks. I highly recommend, Jennifer

ZillowVERIFIED I had such a great experience working with Jennifer Sagissor when I bought my condo in the Wisconsin Dells. From the very beginning, Jennifer made everything easy and stress-free. She knows the area so well and always had helpful tips and honest advice. What I appreciated most was how patient, friendly, and genuine she was. She never made me feel rushed and always took the time to explain things so I knew exactly what was going on. She was quick to respond, super organized, and really looked out for me through the whole process. Thanks to Jennifer, I found the perfect placeaEUR"and I couldnt be happier. ZillowVERIFIED Jen has great knowledge of the area and sold our home quickly. She made the process very easy and ensured we didn't need to travel back between us leaving the state and closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is outstanding she was the realtor for the seller but as a buyer she helped us every step of the way! Any time I called or texted I had immediate response. If it wasnt for her expertise I dont think we would of purchased our new place.

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed several other agents before I decided to hire Jennifer. She is a very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional agent. Her presentation included all places similar to mine, and their costs, in my area. It only took her one month to sell my place. I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer to be your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had several realtors and Jennifer Sagissor was hands down the absolute best!! We sold property and purchased a new property at the same time and she made the whole process seamless, even helping us arrange to close on both properties at the same time. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout all of it. We could not have had a better experience and would/will recommended her to anyone!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jennifer for 7 months before finding our home. She was patient and never tried to sell us a home that didn't fit our needs. We had a long and tough escrow because of the seller's and their agent and Jennifer kept the process moving forward and was always positive. She is an excellent communicator which was huge during this purchase. Her experience, knowledge and communication skills make Jennifer the best agent we have ever worked with and this is our 5th we have purchased.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer and John were able to do in 3 weeks what other realtors could not do over a two year period - sell our home for our price. Their marketing plans are excellent. They always returned calls or emails or text messages within minutes - regardless of time of day. Any and all questions we had were always answered. We were so impressed we retained them for purchasing our new home. They took care of everything. Simply the best.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jennifer on and off for more than two years as she helped us search for a vacation property. When the right one came along, she negotiated us through a tricky bidding situation, then access rights, and other complications that dragged on for months. Through it all she never wavered from being calm, collected, communicative, and dedicated to getting us the property. She went above and beyond and always seemed to have time for us, making trips to the site, picking up extra keys, even rocking one of our colicky infants at the closing! What a pleasure it was to work with her, she is an excellent realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Our house has been listed for well over a year and still nothing has happened. no offers very few showings and and the listed price has been lowered three times with no results. Some of the problem may be very poor market conditions as there is many houses that are on the market with vry little or no activity.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in the process of buying the house in Baraboo, and selling a house in Milwaukee all at the same which made it stressful. We were working with a separate agent in Milwaukee that was not First Weber, and that agent was not meeting any of our expectations by any means, it was the worst experience ever. But working with Jennifer made us feel much more at ease, she was very prompt with returning phone calls and e-mails, and even when she was on vacation, she was still able to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend First Weber, but more specifically, Jennifer, to all my friends and family that are trying to buy/sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer in buying a vacation home in the greater Wisconsin Dells area. Jennifer was a true professional from our initial phone call through closing. I cannot say enough about her local knowledge, positive energy, and commitment to her clients. It had been many years since we bought our last home and I was full of endless questions about buying a vacation home, the area, the market, and much more. Jennifer was so patient and timely in handling each and every question. She is very responsive and focused. She provided us with quality guidance throughout our purchase. She sourced a great property that was perfect for us. We were pretty familiar with the area but Jennifer helped us greatly in sourcing the perfect vacation home for us. Her knowledge as a "local" was invaluable. She is a great source of local information and a fine person as well as an accomplished real estate professional.Jennifer has a likeable personality, has strong local knowledge, responds flawlessly, and thinks proactively. All these characteristics made our real estate transaction successful, quick, and smooth. Well done Jennifer! I am happy to recommend Jennifer with full confidence and we have done so to friends and co-workers.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was great to work with! She was very accomodating and really worked with our schedules. My husband works out of town and that was really a great help to us. She did her homework and provided us with a lot of information on the properties we were interested in. We have recommended Jennifer more than once and have felt comfortable doing so because of the excellent service she provided. If we decided to sell our home and purchase a new home, we would definitely use Jennifer again.
