I chose Jennifer to sell my mom's home because of her reputation for working tirelessly for her clients to get the most for their homes as quickly as possible. She did NOT disappoint. We listed the house on August 26th, accepted an offer on September 7th and closed on October 15th. I couldn't believe it. Her negotiation skills are top notch. You can rest assure, she will fight to get you the best price possible, while schooling you on the reality of the market.
