1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Your first step is getting pre-approved by a reputable mortgage lender in order to know what your buying power is. Your next step is to step up a buyer's consultation. In this consultation we will go over your wants and needs in a home. Then we will begin looking at homes until we find the right fit!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
My top suggestion is to make sure you do your best to present your home in it's best. De-clutter, organize, free up counter space, etc. Additionally, keep your schedule as flexible as possible. We want to encourage as many showings as possible as this will yield the best results.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with clients from all ends of the spectrum from first-time buyers to experienced buyers, home flippers, commercial sellers, etc.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My background in customer service and my family's construction business was the perfect foundation for my real estate career. In 2017, I launched my real estate career and since then have sold 30+ homes a year both residential and commercial, helping buyers and sellers alike and received multiple awards from the NJAR Realtors Association as well as REMAX International.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Prior to joining the real estate field, I worked for many years in the Health Field primarily in various customer service positions. My customer service background has given me all the necessary skills to provide a high level of service to all of my clients. When you work with me, you work with a dedicated agent who will always follow up and follow through.
