I highly recommend Korenza! She helped us purchase our first home and exceeded every expectation we had. She was very prompt with her responses and always kept us in the loop with things, even if it was just to say she hadnt heard anything yet. Her communication, knowledge, and advice kept us sane through the process. She also didnt push us in to doing anything and gave us her honest opinions, even if it meant prolonging the sale and looking for another house, which I really appreciated. She was in our corner the whole time and wanted to make sure we were getting a fair deal. All-in-all, she is a kind and genuine person and we were very thankful to have her as our realtor.

We found Jennifer by chance while going through open houses. We hadnt found a realtor we liked yet, but we hit it off immediately. She was so easy to work with and always made time for us. We felt like her only clients. She answered every question we had, and we had a lot since we were moving from out of town. She constantly sent us houses and wrote up more offers for us then I can count. It is competitive out there and she never stopped looking and helped us eventually find our dream home. Even after the house sale was finished she still reached out to thank us and answered more of our questions. I can not recommend her enough, she was amazing and the reason we were able to move to Cottage Grove!

We met Jennifer during an open house. My wife was immediately drawn to her because she was different than other realtors, she wasnt pushy or tried to oversell the house. We decided to work with her to buy a house in the area and she was amazing!
