ZillowVERIFIED Always professional, responsive and courteous, Jennifer Powell is an amazing realtor. She recently helped us sell our family home on the Jersey shore. She knew the market, she priced the house right leading to multiple offers, and she facilitated a fast and efficient closing. Throughout the process she gave us expert advice. She advised us on staging, provided us with contacts to do minor work on the home before listing, and walked us through every aspect of the listing and sale of the home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is not just our agent - but also a dear friend. Many years ago, when I needed a rental Jenn helped me so much. She spent countless hours helping me find a safe, affordable home for myself, my young children and disabled Mom. She helped me again when that rental was being sold. Several times over many years Jenn was always there for me. She spent so many hours of her time on helping us. That's why when the time came to buy my first ever home, I KNEW I had to call my girl. Even with troubles between our landlord and technicalities... Jenn fought for me as if she was fighting for herself. I will never ever be able to thank her enough. You can't go wrong with Jennifer as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was amazing! I was definitely doubtful that I would find a home that my family and I love in an area that we love, but she proved me wrong. She told me as soon as we started this journey that I would be in my dream home by August and she made sure of it. She was very communicative and knowledgeable. Even when she was going through personal matters, she made sure to keep the home buying process going with little to no delays. I'm also pretty anxious and she handled my anxiety like a pro! Loved working with Jennifer and I highly recommend you choose her as your agent when making such an important financial decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a god-send. I had briefly spoke with other realtors before officially deciding to sell my house and they were so pushy and terrible. When I finally found Jennifer, it was a blessing. This was my first time selling and it was quite a difficult and tricky situation (for external reasons). She held my hand through the whole process, explained everything so clearly and made me very comfortable with the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, was available at the drop of a hat and kept me calm through the process. My situation wasn't like other traditional home sells and she navigated the entire process with such grace. Everything turned out exactly as she said it would down to the last minute detail. I know she was working with other clients at the same time as me, but she made me feel as if I was the only person she needed to tend to. Truly amazing. When/if I need a realtor again, I will not be calling anyone else. I typically do not like to leave reviews but felt she really deserved the credit for how she handled my case. Professional, on point and really went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Anyone that has the pleasure to work with Jennifer is Blessed. From our first conversation she listened to what I wanted and needed found my FOREVER HOME. She never gave up even when I did. I am so grateful thats she accepted my family as her clients. She advocated for us even when we were not present. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. Jennifers knowledge, experience, and promptness make her exemplary agent. Her morals, ethics, and values make her an extraordinary person. Jennifer's common sense was definitely a Huge Bonus! Our family can not thank her enough for everything she has done for us. My indecisiveness, tardiness, anger and frustration (with a splash of tears) were met with kindness and grace. I can go on and on abouy Jennifers professionalism from paperwork drop off, contractors, certifications, early mornings, and late evenings have me giving her 2 thumbs up! I hope she knows I am forever grateful and humbled from this experience. Jennifer is The Best Agent in South Jersey!!!!!
