ZillowVERIFIEDNo one I would trust more than Jennifer with selling my Denville home. After 25 years of memories it was time to downsize. Jennifer was very professional, she had a professional photographer, staging furniture and 3D floor plans. Her marketing was fantastic. We received multiple offer and had a very smooth process. Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer wins the Triple Crown in the competitive league of real estate through Attentiveness, Thoughtfulness, and Thoroughness. Attentiveness: Jennifer is alert to the needs and desires of her clients from the outset by conversing with them, probing their ideas so that she has an understanding of their desires and wishes. Thoughtfulness: Guiding clients through the sale or purchase of a home is a thoughtful act. It demands that the agent is always thinking about the welfare of the clientaEUR| what are the schools like, how is access to transportation, what services does the town offer, what civic or social organizations exist in a town to make it a vital place to live. Jennifers thoughtfulness makes the difference between living somewhere and having a life somewhere. Thoroughness: The sale or purchase of a house abounds with details large and small that either make it a thrill to be treasured or an experience to be recalled with regret. Jennifer addresses those issues aEUR" major and minor aEUR" so that her clients experience feel the pride and sense of achievement that should come with a having a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer helped us navigate the sale of our first home. She was very informative, especially when helping us decide a list price. After one weekend only, we had many great offers to choose from, all of which were above list price. Her marketing was truly amazing, she is super friendly, professional and and communication was great throughout as well, despite the insanely busy times. We have recommended Jennifer to friends and would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is the absolute best realtor ! We were looking to buy in Parsippany in a crazy market and she made sure our offer stood out and was accepted! She is a great communicator, timely (very important in a fast paced market) , and really knows her stuff. She is also very well connected and has a strong reputation in the Morris County NJ area which helped us broker the deal as well. We were under a very tight timeline and towards the end it got even more critical that we close on time and Jen went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we had our keys in hand and ready to move right after closing. Jen is the best and cares about her clients and is always looking out for them. We highly recommend her and you will be happy and find your dream home! She WILL make it happen!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer brings a positive energy with her that cannot be beat. We sold our home at a fair price because of Jennifer. Compass Real Estate provided all of the support from staging to advertising materials, even a floor plan of our large house. I really believe that we could not have done it without Jennifer.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very impressed with the Top level service I recieved from Jennifer. She helped us sell our home and buy. The photography and video for my house was incredible, my house never looked so good. We were able to get $40k above our asking price which is more than I was expecting. With the limited inventory I didnt think we could manage to find the new home and have everything happen at the same time. She worked quickly and was able to get us into several off market properties in the areas we wanted. It didnt take long before we found the perfect home and negotiated the price! We used the attorney and home inspector she recommended and everything went really smoothly. Thank you for helping us find our dream home. We have already recommended you to a few friends so you will be hearing from them soon :)

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is amazing! We worked with her and another colleague of hers during our home buying process. They both worked well as a team. Jennifer is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and VERY responsive - everything that any first time homebuyer needs. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about her. She walked us through every step of the way and was very encouraging, especially in a seller's market.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. Jennifer was the realtor for the purchase of our first home. Not only did she point us in the right direction for what my needs were, but she also was able to keep us in the same school district for our kids. The kids are very happy and most importantly, so is the wife! I recently recommended Jennifer to a close friend of mine who just moved into his new home in Parsippany. He was so impressed with Jennifers ablilites as a realtor. I highly recommend Jennifer to all of my friends and I have already done so.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jennifer to sell and purchase. Jennifer knew we were under the gun to sell and was very agressive with open houses and showings. She is very easy to deal with and not pushy. I recommend using Jennifer if you would like to sell or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jennifer to list a 2 family house located in Boonton, NJ for sale. She was able to secure a buyer within the same week $20,000 over listing price. Jennifer also found renters for another property of mine within two weeks of listing. I recommend Jennifer Meyer to everyone. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation pleasant.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer listed my house on very short notice! Within 24 hours of asking her to list my house, she had a professional photographer come take pictures of my house and had listed the house! I needed to sell the house and move within 30 days and she took care of that! Within 3 days of being on the market we had several offers and I chose one (For asking price)! I thought it would be impossible to get the amount I wanted for the house since I needed to be out so quickly, but Jennifer took care of everything and was always available when I called or emailed her. She truly cares about her clients! Don't think twice about choosing her if you are in her area (Buying or Selling). Thanks for the relief of an easy transaction Jennifer!
