The loan company I financed with was at times difficult to work with (unresponsive, selected a difficult appraiser, slow to provide documents) but I always felt that Jennifer had the situation under control and we worked together to ensure a successful closing. Additionally, all of the contacts that Jennifer has in the area from contractors to inspectors have all worked out great for us.
