About Jennifer Nett
For more than 13 years, I've had the privilege of helping consumers navigate the Sioux Falls and surrounding areas real estate markets with confidence, clarity, and a sense of ease. With a prior background in healthcare, I bring a unique blend of compassion, empathy, and skilled communication to every client relationship. I meet people exactly where they are--whether they're excited, overwhelmed, relocating, or handling a sensitive estate sale--and walk with them through each step of the process. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and deeply client-centered, yet grounded in strong negotiation skills and forward-thinking strategies that continually exceed industry standards. I love blending data-driven insight with creative, out-of-the-box marketing to help my clients stand out in a competitive market. When I'm not working with buyers, sellers, investors, or families transitioning through estate sales, you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking or baking sourdough, or unwinding at the lake with my family.

FAQ
There aren't any dumb questions. Asking questions helps you learn about the process, and better secure your investment. It's also important to work through every step of the process one step at a time, and when you hire me as your Realtor, I will do just that, and keep you on track every step of the way.
Selling your home is all about leverage! If you are preparing to sell the first thing you should do is not tell anyone outside of your household. Keeping your prep work, and situation quiet will actually help you sell your home in the quickest amount of time for the highest price possible. Another way to increase your leverage and build the most amount of attention and traction with your home sale is to meet buyer demands. Buyers in today market are highly educated, the act when urgency builds and the quickest way to create the demand you need is to price your home competitively from the start.
I have helped clients in all professions at every stage in life; doctors, mechanics, retail workers, child care professionals, nurses, teachers, firefighters, police officers, business owners, first time & repeat home buyers and sellers.
Recently I helped a first time home buyer with the purchase of their first home. It was a rewarding experience, and my client did know how they would find a home that met their budget and lifestyle. Once my client hired me, we narrowed down their search and found them the perfect home within a few weeks. The best part, we were able to leverage my top negotiation skills to ensure that the seller paid all of my clients closing costs and made vital home repairs. In the end my client ended up with $10,000 off the list price, closing and possession charges covered and vital repairs handled!
I was working in Property management, and felt a calling to pursue residential real estate. It was a profession I had never contemplated before, I personally did not own a home, and most of my family didn't either! One day, I decided to check the requirements, and see what my first step was. Low and behold, the last class of the year was starting in two days, I quickly signed up for the class and the rest is history.
For almost 20 years of my life I worked in the world of healthcare. My years in healthcare shaped my compassion, empathy and communication skills. The most vital role I can offer to all of my clients is peace of mind. My clients, their experience and success are my number one priority throughout the process and after closing.
