We have done the, aEUR~For Sale by Owner route twice before with good results and, although with some trepidation, we were planning this latest sale to follow in those footsteps. The hesitation was because this sale had to be timed precisely around a specific end date and it would occur during winter, not the best time to sell a home. We decided to consult a professional and Jennifer Mucci was recommended by two trusted resources. Jen met with us and discussed the pros and cons of doing it ourselves.
