ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was prompt and able to show us houses in IL and WI. We noticed a house for sale on our way to meet Jennifer for an open house. We mentioned it to her and within a day we had a walk through of the property.She knew the area and had personal knowledge of the subdivision containing this property. We thought it was the one but wanted to look at a few other places to be sure.Jennifer worked fast and made sure we got to see the other places and still had time to get an offer in on the one we really liked from the start. In the current market if you cant move fast you lose out.I would definably recommend Jennifer for any buyers but especially for buyers who want to get a property in this fast paced sellers market!

When we finnally did settle on a property she was there every step of the way. And when that fell through she helped us relook. ZillowVERIFIED I was looking to move to Wi. from IL. On a Sunday. I emailed several agents and Jennifer was the only one who responded. This was a Sunday and within 30 min. We had email contact.She found our dream home one the second showing. Also she was reliable and a good out source for new home owners. Jennifer refered me to my loan officer and the 2 worked hand in hand to make this nervous, stressful process a very knowledgeable abd comfortable one. Without her I never would have a loan officer so quick. Being from a different state, she informed me on all the Wi. Required info. If that were not enough, she referred a awesome home inspector, and handled all the paper work abd fought foe me in my corner to have some issues fixed in the home. Thank you Jennifer you made a dream come true...oh and did I say we closed in 6 weeks to the day. If you want knowledge and help or just a great agent, here she is...there 24/7 for me and let me vent when needed so I could breath...the whole process from start to finish and the team Jennifer put together to get things done was PRICELESS!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! I have already highly recommended her to several friends and co-workers. She was quick to respond to calls and we never felt unimportant. She never made us feel like our price point was below her or that we were unimportant. We were looking for a fixer upper and Jennifer did a wonderful job learning what we wanted, what was too much, and what we felt comfortable fixing! She provided great knowledge about what a general cost might be for certain repairs, which helped us keep our options in a realistic range. She respected our budget and never showed us homes outside of our range of comfortability. When we put in our offers, she never encouraged us to pay more, even when we were below our max budget. She repeatedly told us that we needed to feel comfortable with our offer. Both my husband and I have met plenty of realtors and I can assure you Jennifer is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely invested realtors either of us have worked with. Most importantly though, she was just great to work with! She was friendly and kind and we would gladly buy another home with her!
