I was an out of state buyer. If I could give Jennifer 10 stars I would. For 2 years Jennifer assisted me remotely along with in town showings and multiple mailings to find my perfect new home. Never pushy, always getting back to me quickly when I had questions (which included making visits to property to get answers). Once I found my new home, I Flew down quickly to view, but the day before I arrived, it went pending. Jennifer was still able to get me in to view the place. I had tears in my eyes because I loved the place (I viewed eight homes that day but first one felt like home) thats when she suggested I put in a back up offer, which worked out perfect for me. Jennifer assisted with so many tasks that took stress off of me where I was out of state buyer. -She made a great property walk-through video (which I copied and must of watched it 100 times) -Was present for all inspections -Always watching out for me! Ex: A leaky dryer vent in attic was on list to be fixed by seller. Once confirmed fixed. Jennifer stopped by and popped her head in the attic to verify the fix, but noticed they fixed a different area on vent. This got fixed correctly, -Always giving great suggestions on things I wasnt aware of. I cant rave enough about her. We found my forever home together, Jennifer is a Real Estate Agent that truly has your interest at heart. I would use Jennifer again in a heart beat!!
