ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer is the beeeeest! Buying a home is stressful, any way you slice it. Jen was always there to hold our hand and breathe some clarity into whatever the situation was. We bought our house sight unseen from out of state. Yes we are crazy, thats not the point. My husband and I met with Jen after finding her online, reading her other reviews and one phone conversation. At our first meeting she took copious notes. She listened and she put our must haves on the top of her list. She created a profile just for us and we were able to narrow that criteria down to just a handful of options that we looked at two days later. She was watching our reactions and making notes of things we hadnt mentioned but quickly became our aEUR~must haves or aEUR~no thanks in the homes we toured. Things like whats behind this property and how will that affect our peaceful enjoymentaEUR| None of them were aEUR~the one. We werent discouraged, but the hunt was on. We accepted an offer on our prior home the following week and felt the pressure of the move coming on. Jen was focused and we narrowed down a select set of listings for her to tour without us as we lived out of state. She was on facetime and if you can imagine that I'm asking about the condition of the flooring and please lift the corner of that area rug so I can see what might be hiding, she was on it! Transparency is what I needed and she delivered. When it came time to put in an offer on a house we loved, she encouraged us to move quickly because of the highly desirable area. To others this might have sounded like a sales ploy but she had already established trust and we knew we were in amazing hands. We put in an offer with concessions and a tight timeline. The stress for us was high but Jen was cool as a cucumber. Negotiations were fairly quick (would have been quicker if the seller's agent was as attentive, cant win them all I guess). Bottom line, if you want an agent that actually cares, listens and adjusts as needed, Jen is your gal. Shes been in the business for lots of years and has helped so many families get the right home for them. Last note, Ive purchased and sold several homes in my life and have not kept in contact with any of the agents I used for those transactions. Jen is different and I'm keeping her at the front of my digital rolodex. If you want the best, go with Jen.

Walked us through step by step, answered all the questions we threw her way, and made us feel taken care of! As soon as we contacted her, she set up a meeting to go through what we are looking for, what questions we had, and recommendations on where to get preapproved for a home loan. That same day, she set up 6 walkthroughs where we were looking (one of which was the house we bought)! After we found the house we wanted to buy, she helped us with recommendations and setting up Home Warranty, Inspection, Pool inspection, a landscaper to look at the retaining wall in the backyard, and all the things we could ever need to be covered so we can be worry free! ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer listed two homes that I owned... both of them within a month apart. One located in Ft Worth, and the other in Rockwall. I was impressed with her knowledge and ability to quickly assess where my houses fell within their respective market and the fact that she didn't use a cookie-cutter approach for both, but rather had a different & unique marketing strategy for each based on needs. She made recommendations that were simple and inexpensive to enhance their marketability. She was extremely personable as well as honest and upfront about expectations. My Rockwall house was going to require a miracle to sell, because I owned it for less than 2 years and bought it at the peak of the market. This is where i learned that not all realtors are created equal. She is incredibly resourceful and persistent and was ALWAYS so positive and maintained practical optimism throughout the entire process. She pulled off the miracle and sold my Rockwall house... as well as my Ft Worth house. I closed on both of them within a week apart. She is a high caliber realtor and knows what she's doing. If you're looking for the best of the best in this business, she is the one you want.
