Jennifer McCormick is a West Texas native and the co-broker/owner of Home Grown Real Estate Co. She specializes in residential, farm, and ranch real estate and brings deep local knowledge and a client-first approach to every transaction. Known for her honesty, responsiveness, and strong negotiation skills, Jennifer prides herself on clear communication and guiding buyers and sellers confidently through every step of the real estate process, from the first conversation to a smooth, successful closing. When she's not working, Jennifer loves to travel--whether abroad or exploring destinations across the U.S., it's truly her happy place. Summers are often spent at the lake water skiing, while winters find her answering the call of the mountains. She also enjoys reading in her downtime and treasures any opportunity to spend quality time with her grandkids.

FAMILY

Jennifer has been married to her husband for 31 years. He has spent his life farming and also works as a crop duster, giving their family deep roots in agriculture and rural living. Together, they have raised their children and are now proud grandparents to three grandchildren--two granddaughters, ages 7 and 5, and a grandson who is 10 months old, whom Jennifer says are the very best part of her life. Before real estate, Jennifer spent years as a school teacher, teaching 6th and 7th grade writing, and later owned her own women's clothing boutique. For the past eight years, she has built a successful career in real estate, bringing together her passion for people, business, and community.
