ZillowVERIFIEDShe was tremendously patient with us. We looked at many houses before making a decision. We needed quite a few things to fall into place before we could buy our house and the process took around five months. But she was always available when needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was by our side for months helping us find the perfect home for us. She was in constant communication with me and always went above and beyond to make sure I didnt settle for anything I was unhappy with. She was patient with us throughout the whole process as it did take time to find what we really wanted. Jennifer was really in our corner when it came to closing and she was consistently fighting hard to get us a closing deal Id be happy with. We are beyond happy with our home and cant wait to grow in it. We would not have been able to do it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer and her team member did an amazing job. She even helped us while she was away. She kept us posted the whole time while working with us. Was always able to answer to our questions when we had them. And if she didnt she would always find someone who did know. She even walked around the house and marked spots in house that needed to looked at.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer McCluskey with Hope's Realty did a wonderful job with the sale of my father's home. She provided knowledgeable suggestions for preparing the home for sale. She coordinated well with other realtors and inspectors. She stayed in constant contact with us concerning all aspects of the home sale. Since this was an estate sale, she also coordinated with our estate attorneys when needed. She always kept the lines of communication open with us and was always a pleasure to work with. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that she provided her real estate experience for me. Last year she helped me find my perfect home in Alamance County. Now she has successfully completed the sale of my father's home in Durham. I give her my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Hope's Realty and Renovations, North Carolina If you are planning on moving and in need of a top-notch real estate professional in the Piedmont - Triangle areas of North Carolina, you should call Jennifer McCluskey of Hopes Realty and Renovations. I cannot recommend her enough. As a family, we were very impressed with the professional real estate services we received from her. She assured us that we would be moved into our next home within 1 month - and she delivered. She provided tons of buying and selling support. We cant thank her enough for navigating us through the moving process. To top it off she was caring, generous, thoughtful, and responsive to all communications in a timely manner. She took so much of the stress of moving from us with her attentiveness and provided sound advice and oodles of vendor referrals. In addition, Jennifer bought my family dinner and other special treats to help welcome us into our new home. In fact, she is still supportive and checking in on us six weeks after our move. She truly exceeded my expectations. Sincerely, Conni-Joi Waters Alamance County, NC

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was professional, timely and always engaged in our home buying process. We began looking at fixer-upper types with a wide gap between what my partner and I were looking for, and ended up with the perfect home for us. She listened to our wants and needs, began showing us listings, and found us our dream home. As first time home buyers, she was extremely patient with my multitude of questions and explained the process in an efficient and detailed manner. Next time we are in the market, Jennifer will be our first call for our home buying/selling needs. She was a true joy to work with- even after closing was finalized! She truly walked through this process, guided us, and mentored us throughout every step and I am truly thankful for her expertise during our process.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Jennifer! As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the entire process, especially purchasing a new construction home. From the moment we started looking, Jennifer was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and walking me through every step. We explored multiple listings, and she really listened to my preferences and concerns. I never once felt rushed or pressured. She also helped me navigate the unique aspects of buying a new construction home, from understanding timelines to working with builders. What truly stood out was how Jennifer kept me informed and supported throughout the entire process, especially during the nervous moments. She was always available for calls, texts, or emails to provide updates or reassure me when I had doubts. I'm beyond grateful for all of her help and highly recommend Jennifer to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer did a fantastic job in finding us exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful home out in the country. She was happy to answer any questions we had, was nice and easy to work with, and overall incredibly helpful. She was great with communicating what we wanted to the buyers as well. Jennifer was organized with each document that she sent us. She also made lots of great suggestions for details around the house that we looked over on the initial look-through and she sent us great contacts including surveyors and home inspectors. Overall, Jennifer did a wonderful job finding us what we wanted and doing her best to make our dreams for our home come true. We would highly recommend!

Always professional and punctual, we could always count on Jennifer to make the most of our time in NC in as a few trips as possible (as we were coming from an hour and a half away in Virginia). ZillowVERIFIED If there was ever a model for the most ideal, exceptional, outstanding Realtor, it would undoubtedly be Jennifer McCluskey. Ive dealt with many accomplished agents in the past, but Jennifer is on another level. To say shes phenomenal, doesnt do her justice. In any profession, Ive never encountered anyone that had as much command of their craft as her. She anticipated moves like a champion chess player. The vision she had for a propertys potential was that of an artist looking beyond the canvas. When I knew exactly what I wanted, Jennifer was completely locked in and made sure we were going to get a done deal. She listened, acted, reacted, and closed with the precision of an expert negotiator. Honestly, if youre going to be making the biggest purchase of your life, you better make sure you have the right person steering ship. Jennifer McCluskey will get the job done beyond all expectations!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was great from beginning to end. She listened to what I was looking and what I wasn't willing to settle for when buying a house. She didn't waste time showing me properties I wouldn't be interested in. She researched and showed me several homes that met my criteria. Once I found the house I wanted, Jennifer took over with negotiations. She did all the leg work with the sellers broker, my mortgage broker and title company. This was a godsend to me since I am extremely busy. I put my trust in Jennifer and would do it again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of guidance in regards to what work was needed to sell our home, and what a reasonable price was. She also helped us buy a new home, assisting with the coordination of settlement dates. Purchasing a new construction and arranging settlement dates was trying. We encountered our fair share of issues along the way (on the building side) and Jennifer worked hard on our behalf to ensure all parties were happy. Thanks for all of your help, Jennifer!
