In particular, she was excellent about notifying me of anything at all that was happening with the house as well as being super responsive if I wanted to contact her. She would typically respond in less than 5 minutes and I don't remember waiting more than 30 min. As I was living over 600 miles away during the whole process, Jennifer was indispensable in helping out with the arrangements for repairs and other things that typically aren't the realtor's responsibility - she went above and beyond.

He is knowledgeable about the whole process, but he also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something for sure. He always tracked down an answer from a mentor who has more experience.
