ZillowVERIFIEDJen is without question, one of the very best real estate professionals I've worked with in decades of renting, buying, and selling properties in multiple states. She is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to her clients. From day one, Jen treated my goals as her own. She communicated clearly, never made unrealistic promises, and managed expectations with honesty. Her expertise and master negotiating skills yielded the best outcome for my situation. I trust Jen completely and wouldn't consider working with anyone else in the state of Indiana for my future real estate endeavors. She exceeded every expectation, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trusted and exceptional agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is the best! From the moment I called her in a panic about helping me with selling my Dad's house, that was in foreclosure, she was quick to calm me that everything would be okay and took the reins. I can't thank her enough for her calming nature, stress relief and her exceptional knowledge and expertise. She wrapped everything up in no time and made it so easy for me to close.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant recommend Jen enough! Timely communication, excellent knowledge of our area, and always eased our concerns throughout the entire process. When we first met her in March, she said our house would sell in 3 weeks. From the first full day it was on the market in June to where we finalized an agreement on July 4, it was 3 weeks on the dot. She delivers!

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is a true professional, she is responsive, punctual and truly on top of the entire process. This was our very first out of town purchase and she made sure the process went off without a hitch. We are grateful for her honest advice and helpful suggestions which helped us make our final decisions with confidence. We were able to sign electronically, no time wasted. Everything was streamlined and quick. With the current market and houses going quick we made offers on 2 other properties before snatching this one up. We highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the realtor you want and need. After having a horrible experience last year with another realtor (if you can call him that) God sent an angel from above. Jen is absolutely amazing at what she does. Me and my mom were selling our townhouse and looking for a condo in a 55 plus community. If anyone has had to do that in the past then you know it's very stressful. Jen made the whole process so easy and smooth. We closed on both places same day. Wow! Jen is honest, transparent, explains everything in detail, and what a huge heart. Believe me, she will look out for your interest in every way and she is always available to answer any questions or concerns. We are proud to say that this last weekend we are the proud owners of an amazing condo at a great price. All thanks to Jen. And by the way, my townhouse sold for more than I asked for which is also thanks to Jen. After dealing with her, we now consider her a friend. Amazing human being that really cares about people! Very hard to find these days. Hope this helps someone looking for the BEST agent around. Para mi gente Latina, Jen es la mejor, super honesta, y habla perfecto EspaA+-ol. Ni la piensen dos veces. Ella es la mejor!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Mattos is the best realtor I have ever met. Just prior to working with her I was in a horrible mortgage that I was upside down on and pretty much on the precipice of financial ruin. Upon meeting her she was able to quickly get the house listed and sold in short order. She actually put thousands of dollars in my pocket from the sale. I am still scratching my head on how she pulled that off. She is a true miracle worker. If you get a chance to work with her dont think twice! She is Awesome.Rob Dixon

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is an exceptional bilingual realtor for both buying and selling. When we were relocating to Indianapolis in 2015 she was the only person who would return our queries. We have since purchased multiple properties with her and are about to list another. I refuse to entertain the thought of anyone else to work with in this industry.

ZillowVERIFIED I had Jennifer sell a house on a land contract. The hope was that she could use her Hispanic network to sell it quickly and she felt pretty good she could; however, she had to reach out to other agents to sell this property which more than doubled the commissions I had to pay. He communication was average. I'm big on taking via the phone and Jennifer always sent me texts vs returning my phone calls. That did add to some communication confusion at times. Overall, the house was sold but the process I experienced could have been better.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was a superb agent with excellent Property management skills. I was unable to manage my property through the negotiations as I live out of state. Jennifer had a showing the day after we listed, and secured a contract that evening. I highly recommend her abilities.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer has been amazing and moreover patient! We started looking at homes in September 2015 with her and only landed on the right one for us in June 2017. She stuck with us through a trek that literally took us around the state. No matter where we asked her to go and look at homes with us - she was always cheerful, positive, and looking out for our interest. Jennifer is dedicated to her clients and her professionalsim, experience, knowledge, promptness, follow-through, dependability, and integrity are second to none. Once we found our forever home and got that squared away - she listed our other home and we received 3 offers at asking in less than 2 weeks. We highly recommend her - she is absolutely your agent of choice for either side of your real estate deal!

ZillowVERIFIED Not satisfied with service at all, Jennifer was slow to respond and communicate on multiple occasions, be it by phone, text or email..i did not get speedy responses until it was time to close..if it was not against the law i would have switched agents before closing as she did not deserve the fee she was paid.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Jennifer by searching through Zillow to find the agent with the most sales near our investment house. As very remote owners two time zones distant, our agent had to represent us for all issues large and minuscule, which Jennifer did beyond any reasonable expectation. After a successful marketing campaign and garnering an initial offer, she successfully guided negotiations to a contract. As it turned out, the buyer (and the buyer's agent) turned out to be .... difficult. So much so that we were willing to abandon the escrow.Ever the professional, Jennifer managed to bring the escrow to a successful conclusion, in spite of the other agent. We have a licensed real estate agent in our family, and are keenly aware of the effort she invested on our behalf. Absolute kudos to her.You cannot do better.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we were really pleased with how Jennifer assisted us. She shared key insights that we needed to know as first timers; including, but not limited to, what type of home loans were best for us and the area where we wanted to buy. Her knowledge and experience of negotiating contracts, selling, and buying homes helped to prevent us from offending the homeowner's with our initial bid. Also, she worked on our behalf to inform us of everything we needed to look for before making final decisions and purchasing the home. Not only did she help us secure the home, but she was able to refer us to a great inspector. Great working with you, Jennifer Mattos!
