She made the process extremely easy and explained everything to me in laymens terms so I was able to understand. In an extremely competitive 2020 housing market, I was able to win the bid and beat out multiple other prospective buyers. I couldnt have done that without Jen as she gave me recommendations on how best to navigate the market and make myself stand out over offers. As a result, I was able to purchase a beautiful house where I lived for four years. Jen would always check in and was super friendly even after the purchase was complete. Fast forward four years later and I had to sell my home as I got a new job up in Maine. I immediately knew I wanted to use Jen again as my realtor based on the positive experience I had buying a home. Jen was available and gave me a good idea of what Id be looking at as far as pricing and how the market currently looks.
