Jennifer was great. I had spent 6 months prior looking for a home on my own, talking to numerous realtors. Pretty quickly after meeting Jennifer, I saw the value add and we began working with her full time. Within a few months of working with her, we had our home. For starters, any time Id call and ask her about a listing, I could tell she had a real pulse on the market. Since I wasnt local, often times shed go over and take videos of the listing without me even having to ask. And most importantly, it felt like any home we talked about, she knew what it would trade at within a few percentage points. She knew which homes would get bid up and which would struggle or were overpriced. Eventually she helped us find the perfect home for us which for a while we thought would be impossible.
