ZillowVERIFIEDI am so happy to have met Jen -- she is caring, down to earth and she knows her stuff! She impressed my husband and I so much while working with her that we knew she would be the perfect realtor to help sell my in-law's home in Randolph, our condo in Milton and help us to buy our dream home in Sharon! Jen is a great person to have in your corner- always willing to go the extra mile with a smile! We will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Jen as an agent. Jen went the extra mile in every way. She spent time constantly refining suggestions based on our sometimes changing criteria to help us find what we were looking for. Once under contract she helped us through the entire process as well as pressured our selling agents (in a different state) to move things along. I give her the highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jenn was the most honest and hard working person i have ever had the pleasure to work with. She had answers to any questions that we had and if she did not have the answer she had it for me by the end of the day. I would strongly recommend that if anyone is looking for a great realitor to use Jennifer Litterio Adelman.

ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Jen around July when we were approved for our VA Loan. We had dealt with a few Real Estate Agents prior to working with Jen and they were either to busy to spend time with us or just didn't care. Jen was introduced to us by United Veterans the company we were going through for the mortgage and of course at first I was very reluctant. Jen went straight to work researching and working with my wife and I everyday and every step of the way. She was never too busy when we called to look at a house and even though she was juggling numerous clients, she always made you feel like you were her only client she was working. She was just as excited as we were in looking at each home and she always had our best interest and backs in every showing. We shared many laughs, disappointments and even tears and she became a part of our family. We looked at many of houses and even though we had an agenda and certain house in mind she never got discouraged or forced us to purchase a home. Well after many months and loads of houses, Laurie and I found the house that we wanted. We thought that it would be a slam dunk but the owner was very difficult and would not budge on the price. Jen rolled up her sleeves and went to work. She relished in the challenge and worked not only with the realtor but also work with the owner to educate them on steps along the way. I can truly say that if I didn't have Jen Litterio as my realtor, we would either have been in the wrong house, still looking or so frustrated that we would have pulled the plug. I would tell anyone looking to buy or sell a home that you are wasting your time if you don't call Jen Litterio to be your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jen was amazing! I had an absentee realtor and I was showing my own house. Jen came with her client to view the house and she was great. She didnt work for me, yet she still helped guide me through the process of selling my home. If I was ever planning on moving again I would call her without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable of local homes for sale. Jennifer would return phone calls immediately. She listens to everything you have to say about what you're looking for. I worked for over a year with 2 other agents and found nothing. I started working with Jennifer in August 2016 and I moved into my new home in September 2016. I will recommend Jennifer to anyone who is looking to buy or sell there home. If I ever move again Jennifer will be the person I call. I highly recommend Jennifer Litterio.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience buying our first home with Jen Litterio. She helped make the process go very smoothly. We did a USDA home loan and she was very helpful with figuring out what was needed for/from them. If we are ever selling or buying again in the future, we will definitely use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Jen is very open and honest when pricing houses which I respect a great deal. Everyone thinks their house is worth more than the market indicates because of the emotional aspect of selling. I would rather know the true value and sell the house for its current market value then have it sit on the market only to be reduced later. Jen is also generous with her time and knowledge and I would recommend her to anyone who asked me.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very informative about the market and the pricing of my home which My other agent was not and I had overprice it, which made it hard to sell. She was honest and professional. I never had to call her, she told me she would call me on a certain date and she did.Ethel Williams
