    Jennifer Lee is a native Floridian. She graduated from Buchholz High School in 1981. Jennifer graduated from Emory University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1987 with a Masters of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Jennifer worked for 18 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Adult Neurogenic Communication and Swallowing Disorders. Jennifer made a mid-life career change in January, 2006. She has been listing and selling homes full-time since then. She started CAMPUS TO COAST REALTY in January, 2020. The vision of her company is to EXCEED customers' EXPECTATIONS at every step in the transaction and maintain LONG-TERM client relationships.     Jennifer was the right realtor at the right time for me. I had to sell my four bedroom house and move to a retirement community in three months. I asked Jennifer if this was doable during the Thanksgiving -Christmas time frame and she said yes. Jennifer brought many skills to the Job but the one that helped the most was her ability to price the sale so that it would no turn off the buyers and be beneficial to the seller also. We had 15+ people see the house and several offers and a sale in the end. All this due to the skill set of Jennifer and for this I give her the maximum rating.

    Selling homes must be one of Jennifers superpowers. Impressive and authentic at every turn in the process, and there are many. Two weeks with a dozen showings, a solid offer, and we closed a week later. Couldnt have asked for a better ally.

    Alex was amazing! We had a couple other realtors in the area that reached out to us, but only once. Alex was very persistent which is why we choose him, or shall I say he choose us lol. Alex took the time to listen to what we wanted and even if nothing matched within that following week he still checked in with us. We just closed on our forever home yesterday and I know we have built a relationship with Alex as our realtor and friend that we will continue to have contact with in the future. If your looking for a realtor...I highly recommend him!

    Is an easement included in the area of a property?

    Hello Jessica, An easement is part of the property. However, it must accessible to the party that uses the easement. You can not put a fence through the easement or plant trees/shrubs on the easement making it inaccessible. An example is a utility easement. If a utility company, such as Florida Power, has a utility easement on your property. This easement is used in times of power shortages or other types of situations.     Can i make a real estate sale with zero interest?

    It sounds to me that you are a seller. When you sell you do not have interest on the sale. You will have closing costs and expenses.

    What does pending mean?

    Hello Yvette, A pending means the home has a contract for purchase on it. Depending on wether or not the seller is accepting backup contracts determines whether or not you can tour the home. If you did tour a home that had a pending sale and fell in love with it, you could have your Realtor submit a backup contract for you. What that means....Should the buyer with the primary contract cancel their contract with the seller, your contract would move in to the first position, provided there are not multiple back up contract.
