ZillowVERIFIEDFor context: we were a new couple house searching remotely from Indianapolis to Michigan. We had never been through this process before. I cannot recommend Donaley enough to anyone house searching currently, including in this crazy market!My wife and I started our first house search this year. We were obviously quite nervous about it, given how crazy the market was. On top of this, we were moving to Michigan from Indianapolis, and due to our jobs were unable to see our houses in person. The entire process had us a bit scared, but Donaley was honestly a saving grace.From the very beginning, she was very honest and respectful of our budget and what we could get. She would update our housing list as new ones came into our area and budget. At any point we wanted to see a house, we merely needed to text her and she would respond promptly to help us "see" the house via facetime. She also worked closely with our families who often saw the houses in person. When we finally found the house of our dream she worked so hard to research the neighborhood and area to ensure we were paying the right amount, and she hit in on the dot! Our offer was accepted and we were relieved! But she didn't stop there. Even throughout the rest of the process, she was constantly in communication with us and answered the hundreds of questions we had, since we were new to house buying! She worked hard to make sure we were covered throughout the entire process. So many little things popped up that could caused road bumps that she helped smooth out without even having to bother us. But if it did require our attention, she was very prompt in doing so with great advice. I can even say now that everything has finished and we have settled in, she still helps us with things like finding out property lines, questions about mortgages, etc! I couldn't ask for a more helpful agent.To summarize, Donaley is an amazingly hard-working agent who will do everything to make sure your hard-earned money is put towards a good house and she will do everything to help you throughout the process. I could not recommend her more and feel honored and blessed we had her as our agent!

She is so together that we were even able to close earlier than planned. I honestly can not say enough great things about this lady. Mind blowing professionalism along knowledge and experience. Great customer service. She is all over text and emails and phone calls. I could really go on and on and on but it comes down to I would and do HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO SEE JENN!!! She gets it done! When you think about buying or selling or both, there is no other realtor.
