ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer responded within 5-10 minutes to my very first email expressing interest about seeing some homes in my area. Within just one weeks time I saw 3 homes...one, I really loved. When I heard from an area lender that I probably couldnt afford the home I really loved, I was disappointed, but, still in the game to find the right home for me. Jennifer, in turn, arranged for a couple more home viewings...she quickly figured out my home style/location preferences and always used that as a guide. Unbeknownst to me, she was working a bit behind the scenes, maintaining communication with potential lenders, to determine if the original communication about inability to fund my favorite of homes was accurate..as she tactfully and professionally put it, I think Lynn can make this work...can you please review all the figures and information again? Within an hour, I heard from an area lender the great news that they, too, believed it could work! If it werent for Jennifer, I probably would have given up on the possibility of having my dream home. She is just so knowledgable and experienced when it comes to the entire home buying process. And, during the home inspection, she demonstrated as much knowledge as the home inspector, himself, always making sure my best interests were assured. Well, suffice it to say, I am a very happy and proud homeowner, who did not have to sacrifice on my important preferences and desires in the home buying experience, in largest part, thanks to Jennifers tremendous amount of experience, guidance, professionalism, and steady, optimistic temperament....and we did it all in just 3 months time!
