He was always available even a few times when we called him to see if he could get us in to look at a house asap .. a couple of times we wanted to see the house within the hour ?? He was our realtor from the buying end and selling end. On the selling end, we had many offers and he drilled through them to organize and separate out all the information. I?m sure he spent hours doing that. On the buyer end, we wrote up 3 offers and he was diligent to make sure they were accurate. He also pointed out a few things in the various houses that we hadn?t noticed. His communication with us was top notch!!! Anytime he wasn?t 100% sure on something, he checked with a colleague, which we really appreciated!

Not only was he very knowledgeable about Wisconsinisms transplants from the south like us may not always be very familiar with, but he was also a delight to work alongside. Great guy doing great things. He may just be getting started, but I see a bright future ahead of him. Being a former real estate agent myself, I know I can be a little annoying about things, but he put up with me regardless - and like a champ at that. Being remote, he had to jump through some additional hoops such as video tours and the arranging of a less than conventional closing. In the end, we paid roughly $45,000 below original list, and still $35,000 below adjusted list price. Would recommend to first-timers and remote shoppers alike!
