Then we it was time for me and my boyfriend to sell and buy a home, we reached out to her. In less than 24 hours of looking at our dream home, the seller expected our offer. When selling, we had close to 20 showings and we had an offer in seven days. She promoted our old home and got a lot of traffic in there. We settled on our dream home on a Friday and sold our old home on a Tuesday! Jennifer is family and you?ll miss her when you?re done the process.
