As the lead of this team, Jennifer worked from identifying the asset, evaluating it, and determining after repair value. We then take care of the listing and contract to close of the sale. She have gained an exuberant amount of knowledge about after repair values (ARV) and completing a full broker price opinion (BPO). This perfect her skills in evaluating assets and seeing any red flags that could propose an issue during the sale. This is what started our REO team. We have taken the skills learned during Sheriff Sale, applied and perfected them to our expanding REO team. We started with only two counties in New Jersey, after years of diligent work and Jennifer's tenacity, she was awarded the entire state. Through her performance early on and the team's accomplishments, we are the preferred Realtors for a few hedge funds and their Asset Managers. The Organic Team is just as solid as our REO team.
