ZillowVERIFIED Four years ago my wife and I came to texas looking for a home to retire to. We met Jennifer and Eric and soon became friends. they found a beautiful house on 8 acres that was exactly what we were looking for. I was still three years from retirement so the keathlys jumped in again and found a family to rent the the mini ranch until we moved out from Cali. In our more than a few chats, Jenn and Eric knew we were looking for income property also, and a year or so later called to tell us about a 6 unit apartment complex for sale at a great price. A few tips to Texas later, we owned it. when we retired out here last year, our friends, the Keathlys helped us invest the money made on the sale of our house in Cali. we now own and rent out a duplex, a new construction, and a lakehouse on Cedar creek lake. They guided us thru all these projects with skill and professionalism that makes them only realtors we will ever use.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric and Jennifer went above and beyond and found me a house in one weekend. I got the updated kitchen, dream freestanding tub, and a closet to hold my 42 pairs of shoes. He fought hard to get me that teal couch that the sellers promised.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric and Jennifer have been excellent through this entire process. My husband and I reached out them to sell our house and buy another one not knowing if it was even possible during the pandemic. They have been incredibly responsive. Whenever my husband or I had questions or any concerns at all they were both quick to pick up the phone to ensure us in the process. All things considered during this time, the entire process of selling our home and the purchase of our new home has been very smooth. We can't thank them enough for everything they've done and are continuing to do!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric and Jennifer Keathly are the best real estate agents in Texas. My husband and I were involved with a difficult real estate transaction. Eric and Jennifer were able to professionally deal with the problem and negotiate with the sellers to get a situation everyone could live with. They removed the all emotion and logically helped us to buy a large tract of land and help us to maintain the rural lifestyle we moved to the country to enjoy. I will forever be grateful to them for helping us. Please do yourself a favor and hire this wonderful, professional, experienced and friendly couple to help you with whatever real estate situation you have. You will be extremely satisfied.
