Since 2006, Jennifer Karam has been a top producing real estate professional in the Albany/Guilderland area. Jenn is an Upstate NY native who moved to the Albany area from Utica in order to pursue her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the College of Saint Rose. While in college, Jenn worked for a luxury home renovator/flipper, where she served as the design consultant. During that time, she realized her love for all things real estate. After graduation, she decided to try her hand at residential home sales. Since then, she has been a top producer in her office. With her undergraduate degree and her MBA, Jenn gives her clients the ability to evaluate a property not just as a home but also a financial investment. In 2014, she launched The Jenn Karam Team. Jenn and her team of real estate professionals treat their clients like family, striving to protect their interests and ensure the process flows smoothly. Her 10+ years of experience allows her to help guide her clients in any real estate matter, whether buying or selling a home.
